Absence of staff day and night can make one feel unsafe in this street with bars and abandoned build

Close to the city centre, but in a street with bars and abandoned buildings. The absence of staff (day and night) made me feel a bit unsafe as both the entrance of the building and the door of the room are locked with one code.

Cons:

The welcome desk visible from the street, behind an iron curtain, gives the impression the place is beeing abandoned.
The floor, the surface, and the toilets could have been better cleaned.

Overall fantastic stay!
Pros:

Great place location-wise, very clean and well-maintained. Super-friendly and helpful staff.
Super-comfortable beds and bedding!

Cons:

I got a room close to the stairs and elevator therefore it was a bit noisy for me sometimes, but I’m a quiet sleeper.

Wer hier ein Hotel mit Zimmerservice und Frühstück erwartet ist falsch.

Was darf man jedoch erwarten?
- Unterkunft in guter Lage
- einfacher Check-in und Check-out
- preisgünstige Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und einem kleinen Balkon

Ich zahlte für 4 Nächte ca. 250€. Nach dem online Check-in erhielt ich einen Code für die Eingangstür und mein Zimmer. Bei der Unterkunft angekommen kam ich problemlos ins Haus und in mein Zimmer rein.
Good to know, im Zimmer sperrt man die Tür einfach per Knopfdruck auf das elektronische Schloss an der Türklinke ab. Mein Zimmer war größtenteils sauber (bis auf 2-3 Haare). Das Doppel-Bett selbst war jedoch sauber und sehr bequem. Ich hatte mehr als ausreichend Platz und man konnte sich auch auf dem Balkon entspannen (Aussicht? Nein, aber Frischluft). Das Bad war auch ausreichend groß und hatte eine Regendusche an der Decke. Ein Traum beim Duschen.
Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass nach dem Duschen relativ viel Spritzwasser auf dem Badezimmer Boden war, da die Dusche offen war.
Ansonsten Top Unterkunft!

tesis tanıtımında teraslı odalar var, 1.5 ay öncesinde rezervasyon ve ödemesini yaptım.Tesisle mailleşmemede teraslı oda isteğimi yazdım tesiste olumlu mesaj geldi faka küçük balkonlu bir odada kaldım. yerler taş olduğu halde odada terlik yoktu.. konum metroya yakın değil . merkez sythgma meydanına ise 1.5 km uzaklıkta . duvarlar çok ince yan oda sesleri çok rahat duyuluyor

Εξαιρετικά βολική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο/ απόκεντρο της Αθήνας. Ξεκούραστο design και πεντακάθαρο

Το ξεκούραστο και άνετο design του. Το μπάνιο και τα πολύ καλής ποιότητας προϊόντα μπάνιου_ υπέροχες μυρωδιές καθώς και η καθαριότητα όλου του δωματίου αλλά και των κοινόχρηστων χώρων. Γενικώς όλοι οι χώροι μύριζαν υπέροχα.
Η τοποθεσία επίσης είναι πολύ βολική, στην αρχή της περιοχής των Εξαρχείων, πολύ κοντά στην Ομόνοια για μετρό και τρένα, 10 λεπτά περπάτημα από το Σύνταγμα για σύνδεση με αεροδρόμιο και shopping και ανάμεσα σε πολύ ωραία οικονομικά μαγαζιά για πρωινό και καφέ λίγο πιο εναλλακτικά και πιο αυθεντικά. Είναι δίπλα το πολυτεχνείο και απευθύνεται και σε πιο νεανικό κοινό.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο σκοτεινό και είχε θέα σε ακάλυπτο αλλά η αλήθεια είναι ότι υπάρχουν περιορισμένες δυνατότητες στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Ευτυχώς είχε πολύ καλό τεχνητό φωτισμό και τελικά ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο. Μικρό μπαλκονάκι με καθίσματα τα οποία χρειάστηκε να καθαρίσουμε για να κάτσουμε.

It is ok . I will not book again in this hotel
Pros:

Location Was good and the room was clean and tidy

Cons:

There is no Desk or chair for anyone to do any little work. In addtion there is no armchair for sitting. Also room is small No room to open your luggage . Comparing the price wiht other places it is not worth it.
