Good stay, but could do with some work.
Pros:

Very clean and great location.

Cons:

Staff often required multiple prompts from us for assistance. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay was above average. Many of the food items would be empty and we were never during our stay told we could also order from the menu.

Great location, such friendly staff and would recommend!
Pros:

Lovely staff, all super friendly and the location was close to town where you could walk if you wanted or taxi.

Cons:

The bathroom floor didn’t look very clean when I arrived!

Mostly happy
Pros:

Close proximity to our favourite places. The staff here are lovely and want to do well for you.

Cons:

Only today they forgot our bathmat, facewashers, milk and coffee sachets.
Also we had a small dripping of the aircon on one spot on the floor. We needed to keep a paper towel on the spot and change up the paper towel when it was saturated. They tried to fix it on Saturday but it kept dripping for the rest of our stay.

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable; however, one of the issues we experienced was that the room was never vacuumed during our stay.

Cons:

We had problems with the TV not working. After notifying reception, someone came to inspect it and immediately knew what the issue was, advising that the TV was broken. As he identified the problem so quickly, it gave the impression that it may have already been a known issue. We were told the TV would be replaced the following day, but unfortunately,
nothing was done, and there was no communication or update provided, which was disappointing.

When checking out, we informed reception that the issue had still not been resolved, but it felt like our concerns were brushed aside with only a brief apology. After long days out, we were looking forward to relaxing in the room with a working TV. Aside from these issues, we still had a good experience overall.
