Absolutely stunning room at an impeccably placed hotel in the centre of Novi Pazar. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed and a small sofa bed. The en-suite was perfectly adequate. The highlight of the hotel was the lobby/communal areas, styled as a Turkish hammam - an incredible dome with a large fountain. The free breakfast was also a treat, inspired by local cuisine. A 5 star experience at a fraction of what it would cost at home!
There was a small leak underneath the en-suite sink when used. However, this was by no means a major issue and stopped when the sink was not in use.
Hotel je bio odličan. Prezadovoljni smo svime.

Hotel Vrbak je ukras Novog Pazara. On je kruna njegove lepote . Arhitektonski jedan od najlepsih hotela. Lepo je bilo prespavati par noci u njemu. Drago mi je sto su se novi vlasnici odlucili da mu vrate stari sjaj. Nisu pogresili.

El tamaño de la habitación demasiado ajustado, el café expresso no estaba incluido en el desayuno, había que pagarlo aparte.
The location was excellent.
The manager was very rude, unaccommodating and basically forced me to pay for 2 nights just because I arrived early and the security guard gave me the key card to check in. There were language barriers, and I was extremely shattered from my arrival and the manager didn’t ask questions/check in to see how I was feeling/where I was coming from. As a genius member, I have stayed in many hotels (with booking.com) and almost all hotels were understanding/offered acceptable solutions but not this hotel. It really spoilt my experience and I won’t be coming again nor recommend this hotel to anyone who is exhausted and wants a pleasant stay. I hope the manger takes a course on interpersonal skills and effective communication.

Белье хорошее , номер чистый , современный , большие окна.

Завтраки обычные, но они есть )

Nije zamjerka, više kao dobronamjerna sugestija, prijedlog - zabranite pušenje u sobama hotela.
Na žalost naša smještajna jedinica je mnogo smrdila da cigarete.

Clean room. Great location.
They gave us a room next to their party venue without telling us. The music was sooo loud and the music was also really stressful. It sounded so loud through the walls and door and it went on until 23. Afterwards the guests went out through the hotellobby and the sound was loud from them and the sound went right through the doors.
The breakfast room was run down, like from the 80:s, and we had to pay for the coffe.
The staff was friendly but when we asked for a good restaurant in town they recommended their own restaurant and a rostilj nearby. When we went to the hotelrestaurant to eat it was closed due to the party which they forgot to inform us about when they revommended it. We went then to the rostilj which was the worst cevap served with chilled dry bread and with no salad etc. It was the worst we have eaten in Serbia.

Sjajno uklopljen hotel u atmosferu Novog Pazara.
Lokacija savršena. Dizajn unikatan, ne liči na druge hotele. Oduševile su nas kaskade prirodnog zelenila u enterijeru.
Osoblje je veoma srdačno i profesionalno.
