Lo que mejor, la atención, en especial de William. Tuvimos que irnos antes y nos preparó el desayuno a las 4 de la mañana y muy rico!! El hotel al lado de Provenza, ubicación genial.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Medellín, don't hesitate. Just book this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, quiet, and in an excellent location. Every part of my stay exceeded my expectations. William was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

La ubicación es espectacular para todo tipo de planes. Una zona muy segura y llena de ocio. Los desayunos muy buenos, pero lo mejor de todo sin duda, es el personal. Todos son maravillosos y con quién más tiempo compartimos fue con William que está siempre pendiente de que no te falte de nada. Un gran equipo.
