Ideal place to stay close to Chiang Mai. It's not in the city center, a quieter neighborhood which is nice for a change. Easy to hire a grab, etc. to take you anywhere. A beautiful pool and typical free breakfast included. Their suite rooms are ideal for a family! Very spacious!

Pros:

Super friendly and amazing staff. Rooms were spacious with high ceilings and extra sunlight. The buffet breakfast was delicious and wonderful. The hotel was located in a quite area and close to the city center.

Pros:

Did not end up staying as we had booked a few day earlier and became ill. Was awaiting testing results for Covid, etc. and tried to cancel the resevation but it was not allowed. They did not show any empathy for us.

This was a fsmily vacation. I booked a two bedroomnsuite for my brother in law sister in law niece and nephew and mother in law and the honeymoon suite for my wife and I. Rooms are very clean. We needed an extra blanket and pillow for my nephew a d we were chatged 1200 baht. A turnoff. Our room was a suite but the bathroom had a tub and no shower. I am not a bathtub guy although my wife liked it. ut bathing was a challenge. Breakfast was good - not great" but certainly good and plentiful. All in all good experience and reasonablw value for the money

Hotel novo, cama incrivelmente confortável, quarto bem iluminado (raro em hoteis), janelão com luz natural, limpeza, laundry service e cordialidade do staff impecáveis. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Fica apenas um pouco distante para andar até o Tha Phae Gate. Mas um Grab ou tuk tuk resolvem. Nos hospedamos 2 vezes no Raintree.

Two night stay.
Pros:

This was a beautiful hotel. The room was exceptional. Tidy & very comfortable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly as well. It is situated a bit out of town though so you’ll need to get a cab into the centre everyday but they aren’t expensive. No more than 100baht each way. It’s within walking distance of the shopping centre which has a fantastic food court so I ate there both nights I stayed as there isn’t much around the hotel. The only downside was where the pool is positioned it doesn’t get any sun. So if you want to lay by the pool you’ll be in the shade for most of the day.
