Modern and spacious. All the facilities we needed. Shower could be better as well as the apartment lift.
Pros:

Nice and spacious. Comfortable bed, balcony to ourselves

Cons:

Shower temperature goes hot then cold it doesn’t stay the same. Lift was broken and we were on the 5th floor so walking with our suitcases and everyday was an inconvenience. Staircase of apartment didn’t have a pleasant smell.

Absolutely lovely stay, can recommend!
Pros:

Very nice apartment!

Cons:

A few kitchen items were missing, so it was a bit hard to cool properly, but that was totally fine, we managed with the things there, so it was possible.

Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. It was spacious, and everything we needed was readily available, both in the kitchen and throughout. A delightful surprise was that our room was themed ‘Sirens’ and adorned with inscriptions on the walls, which added a unique touch to our stay.

Erg fijne uitvalsbasis
Pros:

Het Circe-appartement is uitgerust met o.a. een prima magnetron, kookplaat, oven en waterkoker, dus ik heb diverse keren zelf gekookt. Er is tot 10:15 uur zon op het balkon en het bed ligt prima. De badkamer is functioneel en de douche is lekker.
Het is een veilige buurt (sterker nog, er zit een politiepost schuin onder het appartement) met veel parken, leuke winkeltjes en supermarkten op loopafstand. Met bus 2 ben je in 20 minuten bij de Akropolis, de dichtstbijzijnde metro is 15 minuten lopen. En als je de andere kant oploopt ben je binnen een uur bij het Kaisariani klooster, een prachtig sereen plekje in het bos.
De Gregory's-vestiging die naast het complex zit heeft prima koffie en warme chocolademelk.
Dit is geen toeristische buurt (de taxichauffeur heeft me wel 3x gevraagd of ik zeker wist dat dit het goede adres was), maar als je tussen de gewone mensen wil vertoeven zit je hier goed.

Cons:

De Filolaou is een behoorlijk drukke straat, dus hebt continue verkeersgeluiden om je heen. En als je authentiek Grieks wil eten moet je niet in deze buurt zijn, hier zitten voornamelijk pizzeria's.

הנכס בעבר היה כנראה מקסים אבל היום מאוד מוזנח ולא מטופל.

מיקום נחמד שכונה מתוקה ומיטות נוחות

Cons:

הנכס בעל פוטנציאל אבל אינו מתוחזק בכלל.
הגענו בלילה -והמעלית הייתה מקולקלת ולא תוקנה לאורך כל השהות שלנו (5 לילות!!)
בדירה שהזמנו הייתה מכונת כביסה אבל היא לא עבדה, אחרי שכתבנו להם העבירו אותנו לדירה אחרת (גדולה יותר ובקומה רביעית על חשבונם (אם היינו מבינים שהמעלית לא תתוקן לא היינו מסכימים לזה מלכתחילה..)) כמו כן בדירה החדשה לא עבד המדיח וגם היה ממנו ריח מאוד רע.
הרצפה באחד החדרים הייתה שבורה והיה עובש במקלחות.
גם מנורות שנשרפו לא הוחלפו.
הנציג ענה בחלק מהפעמים שפנינו מהר אבל לא פתר שום בעיה כמעט (חוץ מהטלויזיה שלא עבדה וכן דאגו להגיע לתקן אותה)
חבל נורא שנכס כזה מושקע לא דואגים לשמור עליו

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία , πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα για 8 άτομο, πολύ βολικό το ότι είχε 3 μπάνια .

Cons:

Μέναμε στον 4ο και το ασανσέρ δεν λειτουργούσε, επίσης δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρά.

Πολύ καθαρό!

Cons:

Μύριζε αρκετά λόγω της παλαιότητας της πολυκατοικίας. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά άβολος και ίσως χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση.

Overall i was satisfied with the stay considering my comments above
Pros:

The property was very spacious and had enough bathrooms for the guests. Around the property we had all the necessities like shopping opportunities and public transport

Cons:

The elevator was very small and both inside and outside the elevator there was an unpleasant smell
