Fantastic Receptionists especially the two females during day shifts, they're very welcoming, proactive and always attentive.

The cleaners are amazing and very hardworking.

The breakfast is affordable and location is the best thing. Value for money.

En general me pareció apropiada la ubicación del hotel y con acceso a varios medios de transporte.

El personal es atento.

Muy buen lugar, excelente hotel pero no tiene agua caliente zla verdad no se necesita tanto ya que está muy cálido la ciudad pero pues hay gente que si quiere agua caliente y el hotel no tiene,fuera de eso está muy bien el hotel

En general estuvo bien, aunque la limpieza de las sabanas y las fundas no fue la mejor. Tuvimos que pedir que las cambiaran . La habitación es pequeña pero está bien.

The hotel in general is in poor condition, the facilities are not as shown in the photos, the room I was accommodated in upon arrival was in poor condition, it smelled bad, was damp, the walls were dirty, the bathroom paint was falling apart, the pillows and towels were dirty too, I requested a change and the next room had a faulty sink and there was no water in the bathroom at all. The receptionist who greeted me was rude and unable to solve the problem, I had to spend the night in that horrible room, the next day the supervisor was able to change the room to one in better condition.

It was a very safe area and restaurants and shopping stores were in walking distance from the hotel

It was kinda noisy there with all the loud music but i like the service there and i.liked that all of the stores and restaurants were in walking distance of the hotel in a really safe area. I really enjoyed my stay there

Generellt bra värde för pengarna, men extremt lyhört. Personalen och även gäster tar ingen hänsyn till det när dw rör sig utanför utan konverserar högt både tidigt på morgonen och på kvällen.

Buena ubicación. Buen servicio y el personal muy amable. Se siente mucho ruido de huéspedes que no respetan el sueño ni la tranquilidad. El precio publicado en la aplicación mostraba un poco más barata que la real cuando vas a pagar…pero no la gran cosa. El desayuno es aceptable por ese precio. Creo que en la relación calidad precio… ese hotel es muy bueno. Sin dudas lo usaría nuevamente..

It's good bang for your buck

If you are not against walking, this property is perfectly located. It’s only a few blocks from the airport, restaurants and the beach. The staff was really helpful as well.
