The staff were great also the location was perfect to walk everywhere. The place was clean but the bathroom definitely looked very old but at least it was clean.

Cons:

Bathroom could use a re-model. There was no space to put your toiletries near the sink.

Pros:

The location was fantastic; very close to sights and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and contacted us when we had left a passport after checkout.

Cons:

There was no on site parking, though I screened for this using Boooking.com. Maybe a couple more pillows would be nice.

El lugar es pintoresco, atractivo.

Cons:

Su desayuno es muy simple y limitados, no me agrado, y tampoco tiene estacionamiento, hasta después de contratar, te lo dicen y te ofrecen estacionamientos sobrevalorados.

Also would be nice to know whether staff would able to communicate in English instead of Spanish language only.

Close proximity to everything in the Centro, plazas, food. Super accessible to everything you’ll want to see in the old city.

Cons:

Room descriptions should include whether the rooms have a window or not. Alternatively, list the rooms by their names since the entire places has a few rooms.

Excelente opcion para hospedaje en Guanajuato que sin duda volvería a tomar si regreso
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, queda cerca (5 minutos caminando) al centro de la ciudad y a la mayoria de sitios turisticos de la ciudad de Guanajuato. Nos ofrecieron desde el hotel tours a Guanajuato y San miguel de Allende que estuvieron muy bien y recomendables. La habitacion que nos hospedamos estuvo muy bien, limpia, iluminada, baño dentro de la habitacion. El personal que nos atendio fue muy amable y nos resolvieron dudas y nos dieron sugerencias de lugar para ir a comer, salir, etc. El hotel estuvo muy bien, mucha calidad, excelente servicio del personal, comida rica y bien ubicado. Regresaria a este hotel si regreso a Guanajuato.

Cons:

El desayuno que incluye es desayuno americano (pienso que se podria especificar esa parte desde un inicio) y si se pudiera agregar mas variedad (huevitos, frijoles, etc) estaria genial. Por ultimo se podria agregar television en las habitaciones, aunque en realidad no es indispensable.
