Clean and comfortable apartment in convenient location.
Pros:

The apartment is located at a very convenient location and next to Chinatown. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Overall I recommend this place.

Cons:

Only downside is there isn’t enough hanging space for washed laundry for 11 people. We could only hang the washed laundry in the bathroom. There was demolition next door and the walkway to the front entrance was quite dangerous as the wood planks for us to walk on were warped and some of us nearly tripped.

入口がトンネルみたいになっていたので雨に濡れにくい
トイレがふたつ
シャワールームとお風呂が別
中華街の近く

Cons:

エアコンのリモコンの効きがわるい(電池きれかけ？)
窓からの景色は隣のビル

Muy bien calidad y ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicación, la habitacion es nueva espaciosa tenia todo para una estancia cómoda, y vistas al rio, para que sea perfecto una luces encima del espejo del lavabo del baño para hacerte la barba o maquillarse es un poco oscuro, por lo demás muy bien. Lo recomiendo

Cons:

El colchon no es cómodo, yo pondría encima de ese colchon uno bueno mas grueso, la entrada un poco liosa por estar el edificio de al lado en obra pero nada de preocupante esta señalizado,

安価で大満足
Pros:

11名で宿泊しましたが狭さを感じることなく過ごすことが出来ました。
シャワールームとバスタブのある浴室、トイレも２つあったのはとても良かったです。
機会があればまた利用したいです。

Cons:

駐車場がなく、道幅も狭かった。
大きな看板がある訳ではなかったので入り口が分かりにくかったです。

아주 좋은 위치, 탁월한 가성비
Pros:

위치는 신치 중화가 바로 옆이고 아케이드, 데지마에서도 매우 가까움. 침실이 두 개에 침대가 여러개.
우리는 어린 아이들 포함 5명이라 침대가 많이 남았음. 규모가 큰 그룹이라면 가성비가 탁월할 듯.
공용공간의 티비, 세탁기 등등 호텔보다 편리한 점도 많음.

Cons:

쓰레기통이 좀 작아서 편의점, 음식점 등등에서 받은 비닐봉지를 쓰레기통으로 이용해야 했음.

やっぱ部屋の広さは一番大事
Pros:

とにかく部屋が広い、それだけで十分に素晴らしい。食器やタオルの数も多いので滞在した時に困ったことはありません。

대체적으로 청결하고 관광 목적으로 여행을 하는 분들에게는 매우 합리적인 위치에 자리잡은 숙소라고 생학합니다. 가격적인 부분도 만족스러웠습니다.
Pros:

유명한 관광핫플인 데지마와 차이나타운 그리고 안경다리등이 숙소로 부터 도보로 10분이내에 위치해 있어서 이동하는데 있어 굉장히 편리했습니다. 창문 블라인드를 올리면 바로 해안으로 연결된 수로가 보여 조망도 나쁘지 않았고 실내에 웬만한 시설이나 집기들이 다 구비되어 있어 취식을 하거나 밀린 빨래를 하기에 용이한 점 또한 장점이었다고 할 수 있겠습니다.

Cons:

방이 체크인하기 전 온라인상의 사진으로 봤던 것에 비해 좀 협소했던 점이 좀 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 그리고 소파외에 여분의 의자가 한 두개 더 있다면 투숙객이 3명 이상일 때 더욱 편리함을 제공할 수 있으리라 생각됩니다.
