Pros:

Проживали с мужем и 1,5 годовалым ребенком на 4 этаже. В жару(летом всегда жара) подниматься пешком на 4 этаж без лифта- настоящее испытание! При этом высота ступеней большая и лестничные пролеты довольно длинные. И неясно, зачем делать, и, главное-не иметь возможности выключить, теплые полы в ванной. Придя в номер с жары приходилось еще немного дожариваться моя руки или пользуясь туалетом. Уборка подразумевает только вынос мусора и смену белья/полотенец.Это минусы. Плюсов больше. Оснащеннасть и площадь номера, вид потрясающий, огромный балкон, реально большая кровать, удобные матрас и подушки, по мебели и интерьеру практически нет недостатков. Расположение чуть в стороне от самого центра, но это к лучшему-чище вокруг. До моря 5 минут.
