Pros:

急な連泊に対応いただいた。無料ドリンク提供が、３時間程度あった

Cons:

温泉大浴場の利用が男女で交代利用。夕方の外出との調整が難しい。２時間毎の交代にするとかでそれぞれの利用頻度を上げるなど。

Pros:

ホテルの設備、接待、環境他がとてもシンプルで過ごしやすい。特にEcoに気を使っているのは好感が持てた。

Cons:

1．朝刊をフロントに置いてほしい。
2．朝食時の使用済みの食器がレストランの入り口にあり初日はそれを手にしてバイキングに向かったが係員より「使用済　
　　みです」と言われ慌てて戻して使用前と交換した⇒使用済み食器の置き場所を変えたほうが良い。
3．朝食に地元の名物が一品欲しい

Cons:

とにかく部屋が狭い
チェックイン後5階の部屋が清掃中で入室できず、清掃員に「フロントで聞いてください」と塩対応。仕方なく重い荷物を抱えて下に降りて確認後今度は6階の部屋を案内され、再び荷物を抱えて上に行くと言う面倒な事があった
フロント係もこれと言って謝罪なし　低レベル
