Pros:

Stor och rymlig lägenhet. Rent och fräscht. Finns allt man behöver som kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, microvågsugn och kokplattor. Även tillräckligt med husgeråd.

Cons:

Papperskorgarna i badrum och i köket byttes aldrig under vistelsen. Vi köpte egna påsar och bytte själva.

Pros:

A very enjoyable stay. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the bedding and towels were clean. We also asked for an iron and ironing board, and there was no problem. The fan in the room, which didn't have air conditioning, was a huge plus. Contact with the staff during our stay was great. Quick responses and immediate assistance. The hosts were very understanding, letting us wait in the room practically until the time we had to be at the airport (which was 6 PM!) We are very grateful for that. Halfway through our week-long stay, we had room service. The location is also practically next to a clean beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The only downside was that they didn't take out our trash, but we collected it ourselves in the large trash cans outside. Overall, we highly recommend it.

Buona posizione e appartamento degno di essere chiamato tale
Pros:

Comincio col dire che il personale disponibile e molto cordiale ha sempre accolto le nostre richieste e risposto tempestivamente, anche quando si è rotto il lavello della cucina alle 2 di notte hanno inviato subito un addetto a sistemare la fontana che scorreva acqua, credo raramente ci sia una tale celerità!
Posizione strategica a quattro passi da una spiaggetta con vista sulle isole di Marathonisi e Cameo, tra le acque più limpide della zona e dell'intera isola. La casa aveva 2 stanze da letto abbastanza spaziose per 4 adulti, anche il bagno era abbastanza grande, c'era un piccolo balconcino e un giardino con tutto l'occorrente, tavolini con sedie, barbecue, pompa per l'acqua per sciacquare i gonfiabili e docce per evitare di entrare insabbiati. Frigo ben funzionante, acqua non potabile ma sempre della temperatura giusta, mai troppo bollente, arredamento carino e pareti da poco sistemate.
Con l'auto distava circa 10 min da Laganas e 30 da Zante città, zona tranquilla per famiglie, con qualche ristorante e qualche bar.

Cons:

Nota dolente di questa struttura, l'impresa di pulizie, non ho dato di più proprio perché per l'intero soggiorno siamo stati nella polvere e non si capiva ogni quanto ci avrebbero cambiato la biancheria, in un soggiorno di 15 notti è stata cambiata, prima dopo 4 giorni, poi dopo 2, poi non è stata mai più cambiata e sono stata costretta un giorno a chiedere un nuovo asciugamani perché quello che avevo ormai era sudicio! Inoltre la prima volta che sono venute è stato alle 8 del mattino svegliando tutti, alla nostra richiesta di passare in seguito, dato che avevano da pulire anche altre case sullo stesso piano, ci hanno risposto che al massimo potevano passare dopo 20 minuti. Un'altro consiglio che vorrei dare è di chiedere all'albergo di fronte di installare delle tettoie per la spazzatura come sono state installate all'angolo della traversa esterna in corrispondenza del lungomare, non è possibile che loro dell'albergo si sbarazzino dell'immondizia a qualsiasi ora del giorno lasciandola marcire al sole, mentre gli ospiti degli appartamenti debbano sorbirsi il tanfo che dura anche per due giorni dato che anche gli operatori della nettezza urbana di tutta l'isola sembra lavorino un giorno sì e 2 no. Inoltre unico tavolo presente nell'appartamento è quello sul balconcino, siamo stati costretti a portarlo dentro ogni giorno per mangiare, dato che la cucina non era abbastanza grande da poterlo tenere sempre lì aperto, sarebbe bastato fare il bagno più stretto e ridistribuire gli spazi. Non c'è la lavatrice e non ci sono le zanzariere quindi abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre le finestre chiuse con l'aria condizionata che fortunatamente funzionava bene. in foto ci sono le pentole che abbiamo trovato nei mobili al nostro arrivo ancora piene d’olio.

Okay for one night, but definitely uncomfortable for a longer stay.
Pros:

Very good position, close to the beach. Functional AC

Cons:

Shower cabin not covered, the water is splashing all over the bathroom. The apartment is pretty small and furniture old/damaged.

The island is very beautiful and the beaches are dirty. We advise you to take all inclusive as to eat in the apartments
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location. The beach is 5 minutes away . It was quiet. There were two shops not far away.

Cons:

The second room had no air conditioning and was very stuffy. The light from the corridor shone strongly into the room and the room was not dark at night. For 5 days of stay cleaning was once. As the beach is sandy, there was a lot of sand in the apartment, which is not possible to clean up because there are no cleaning products.

Overall, we really enjoyed our staying and appreciated our hosts efforts to meet our expectations.
Pros:

Really comfortable apartments especially the double room one, meeting the expectations of any demanding traveler and tourist. Nicely decorated, fully equipped, situated really close to a highly visited beach and overall within close range of the most well known beaches and landmarks of the island.

Cons:

Not much to think of. However, only a few of the furnishings show some wear (insignificant though) and the surrounding area packed with apartment and hotel facilities might not be so aesthetically pleasing.

Exceptional
Pros:

Ni-Mar Studios staff is super!

Me and my friend we spent a super week in Zante. The room was always clean and the guest service is always very nice. The bed was comfortable and the position of the apartment is really close to Agios Sostis beach. Maria and his doughter was very nice and very kind.

Ni Mar Studios is totally recommend!

Lovely stay, would highly recommend and stay there again
Pros:

Location was great, hosts were friendly and immediately fixed a problem with the safe box
Space was clean, nice and quiet, good shower pressure and hot! Aircon included and worked well!
Bins changed daily accept for the day prior to leaving :(
Nice cold bottle of water on our arrival !

Cons:

Wifi was a little hit and miss! Worked ok on the balcony but not really anywhere else in the apartment
Could do you with a few more kitchen utensils, ie a kettle , toaster, chopping board etc
