fonctionnel, très bon rapport qualité/prix, mais voiture presque indispensable
Pros:

Quartier très calme (sauf quelques chiens qui aboient la nuit), chambre propre, petit frigo dans la chambre, chambre 1 personne relativement spacieuse, communication bien organisée (mais impersonnelle car entièrement par messagerie)

Cons:

le matelas était beaucoup trop mou, loin des centres d'intérêt ou des transports en commun (mais très bien si vous avez une voiture), pas de commerce/restaurant à proximité immédiate, aucune réception (système avec codes d'entrée)

Kleines Zimmer gut eingeteilt mit super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - viele freie, sichere Parkplätze nahe gelegen - nicht weit zur Metrostation (15min) - Perfekt für die eine Nacht vor dem Heimflug und einem Ausflug in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Dusche ist schon echt mini und man kann sich kaum umdrehen und macht alles nass. Aber es gibt warmes Wasser und der Knopf spendet für ca 15sec Wasser bevor man wieder drücken muss.

Bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko, komfortowa pościel. Właściciel bardzo miły. Przylecieliśmy już o 9, a zameldowanie było od 15tej. Pan podał nam kod dostępu i już przed 10 byliśmy w naszym pokoju. Bardzo polecam

A clean and comfortable stay for what needed.
Pros:

It was clean, very quiet, felt very safe and a good place to be as I was recovering from surgery.

Cons:

No kettle in the room, the shower wasn’t attached like a normal shower and you had to hold it whilst keeping pressing a button as the water shut off after about 10 seconds.

ממש נקי וחדש דירות יפות עם מרפסת יפה ומאוד זול ממש אהבנו שהיה הרבה מגבות ובאמת מקום מעולה וחניה קרובה בחינם ואפילו הכניסו אותנו לפני הזמן כי הדירה היתה מוכנה
