Alles war perfekt!
Pros:

Die Gastgeberfamilie und auch die Mitarbeiter sind besonders herzlich, und man fühlt sich von Anfang an dort als Gast willkommen. Das Hotel und die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, aber sehr gemütlich und stimmig. Alles ist extrem sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage zur Skibahn gefallen. Man kann aus dem Skikeller in 5 Minuten zur Bahn. Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Der kleine, aber feine Wellnessbereich mit verschiedenen Saunen und einem Innen Pool sind nach dem Skifahren ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Direkt an der Ladisabfahrt
Pros:

Das Beste am Hotel ist sicherlich die Lage direkt am Skihang. Solange genug Schnee liegt, kann man vom Skikeller weg direkt zur Sonnenbahn fahren und von der Ladisabfahrt fast bis zum Hotel zurück. Es sind nur noch wenige Schritte und schon ist man wieder am Skikeller. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen relativ großen Pool und eine Sauna mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Bezüglich Zimmer- und Hotelausstattung sind letztlich inzwischen alle Hotels dieser Preisklasse in Ladis austauschbar.

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel mit 10 Punkten bewertet, denn objektiv ist nichts daran auszusetzen, und man macht sicherlich keinen Fehler, hier zu buchen. Wir haben uns trotzdem nicht ganz wohlgefühlt. Vielleicht war es die eher professionelle Freundlichkeit des Personals beim Frühstück (setzen Sie sich nicht zu dritt an einen Tisch, der für 4 gedeckt ist!), vielleicht die aus der Zeit und dem sonstigen modernen Stil des Hotels gefallenen Geweihe und Köpfe toter Tiere. Die Sauna bietet zwar viele Möglichkeiten, aber kaum Abkühlung und es fehlt ein Sichtschutz für den Außenbereich. Mich persönlich stört, dass Handys mit ihrer Möglichkeit, Fotos zu machen, in der Sauna nicht verboten sind. Wir hatten auch unangenehme Erfahrungen mit anderen Gästen, die sich im Pool nicht an Regeln hielten, aber vermutlich ist es zu viel verlangt, dass das Personal hier einschreitet.

Heerlijk genoten en volledig tot rust gekomen.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. De locatie is perfect gelegen naast de lift en piste. Onze kamer was groot en had twee badkamers, ideaal voor als je pubers hebt.

Cons:

Het restaurant had een beperkte kaart en mag wel iets meer variëren gedurende de week.

We absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of delicious options. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Aber als Booking-Anbieter sollte man die Zimmer so verkaufen, wie es das Hotel selber auch angibt auf der Homepage. Ein Deluxe-Zimmer ist ein ganz normales DZ aber unter Deluxe versteht man mehr als nur ein normales DZ.
Das Hotel war aber sehr freundlich und ist uns mit einem tollen Zimmer entgegengekommen

Great hotel, with excellent amenities and location
Pros:

Friendly staff, immaculately clean, a modern and well appointed hotel with large comfy rooms and a great pool and spa. Amazing value for money for a ski in/out location.

Cons:

The bar area in the evening could be a bit more cozy with softer lighting and music to make it feel more inviting.
