H15 Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Krakow

This hotel was clean, beautiful, modern and in a great location, but what made it even better was the truly outstanding service of every employee. Would definitely stay there again!

Property is immaculate, beautiful and convenient with top-tier service and a 5-star breakfast that should not be missed. Rooms are above average but not perfect. Upgraded room but bit boxy although the lovely, high ceilings give it charm + still able to keep room very cool. Also, took a few days to not get water everywhere during shower + lighting option in bathroom are too bright. Still, excellent, highly recommended, experience and I cannot emphasize enough: do not miss breakfast!!!!!!!!

Very nice hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, only some things were too complicated (payment and claiming the malfunction of switches and lights in the bathroom). But overall great.

Absolutely amazing property. Their pool and spa services are incredible. Friendly and welcoming staff. Walking distance to everything. Everything was just perfect. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure every detail is high end. Would definitely stay again!

I can find no fault with this hotel which is one of the best I have ever stayed it. The staff were marvellous, the room was excellent, the location is perfect and the breakfast extensive and good quality. If I never stay here again I will be very sad!

Beautiful hotel, just minutes from the Main Square, Sukiennice and Mariacki church . The customer service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel is beautiful, convenient and well located. Unfortunately, 2 of the staff members were so shockingly rude that my entire experience there was tainted. Even more disappointing was that their attitude seemed so pointed that it felt like racism :( Such a shame for such a gorgeous hotel in such a wonderful city.

The property is very well maintain. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

This is a great property in the best part of the Old Town. It is very easy to see all of Old Town. It is also easy to get to the rest of the city as the public transport is nearby.

The hotel is also about two doors down from the museum.

The property is interesting in the best way possible, architecturally and historically. Our room was quite large with all the amenities you'd expect from a property like this.

Our morning breakfasts were wonderful. We had quite a buffet selection. We also had the option of individual orders of omlettes, etc.

Hotel staff were attentive. Our concierge was helpful to us. She (I never got her name) helped book various excursions and more. The front desk, bell, and restaurant staff were great.

We would go back there any time.

Review is for last minute hotel changes. Received email stating last minute changes in hotel, email read with equal or better amenities/ quality. Sadly this was not the case. I booked a luxury boutique hotel and was changed to a chain-hotel. Not only was the room size smaller, bathroom vanity was single and small, not enough room for our grooming items. (room had a 2nd 1/2 bathroom with a mini-sink only, no vanity space) I personally selected H15 luxury room with bathroom having a dual vanity with amble grooming space. Was not looking for a cookie cutter chain hotel. Shower water temperature was not consistent, frustrating while showering temperate would go from warm to cold. Again, essential features/needs were inadequate. Do have to say their breakfast was very good.
I pre-booked tours to meet/pick up at H15 hotel, another inconvenience, we had to walk over from our new assigned hotel to H15 for our tours. I understand things happen tho please do not mislead people about the new accommodations being the same or better.

Close walk to the Old Town. Concierge gave excellent restaurant recommendations.

We stayed at the H15 palace for 3 nights. Great location with easy access to town square, shopping etc. Train station is a 10 minute walk. The hotel was recently renovated. Our bathroom was super nice! Really enjoyed our stay.
