I like the lobby and that was about it
Rooms were unclean, crumbs and pet hair all over the floor. Which is crazy since it’s concrete floors. They don’t even sweep the room, sheets were dirty with hair. Pet fee was $100 parking was like 15 or 20. But how do you charge $100 pet room cleaning fee when the room was filthy to start. Extremely disappointing. Luckily I only stayed 1 night and it was just to sleep, if I had to spend any time sitting in the room I would have left for another hotel.
It’s a brand new building, clean facilities, and friendly staff, but I didn’t like the fact that I had to enter a passcode to enter my room as it’s a lot easier scanning a fob key or a card. It’s in a quiet Neighbourhood and less than 10 minute drive from Broadway. I walked to Broadway from the hotel and it was about 1 mile distance. My mattress was thinner and had a backache.
very nice location, close to wedgewood area which is cool and not far from downtown. very clean and comfortable. compact room was perfect for two people and the kitchen saved us eating out
some kitchen equipment are short/missing. eg. only 2 spoons, no pan. but we got by fine!
The roof top was nice.
There’s a huge list. First off the advertise a queen bed didn’t get that. The room size was very small for the price, not worth it. We couldn’t change the temperature it was permanently set. We didn’t have a phone to contact the desk. We had to type our code in through like 6 doors to get to our room because the elevators didn’t work. It was so dirty under the bed. We didn’t have a trash can in the hotel room either. Would not recommend this place. It is NOT a 4 star hotel. Nothing good about it besides the view on the rooftop.

When we arrived at 8:00PM to check in, the room looked like it had people still staying in it. There was a McDonald's bag on the table, dirty dishes in the sink and on the counter, the beds were not made. It smelled like a cat litterbox. I didn't check the bathroom since the other rooms were a mess. I went back to the front desk and let them know the room wasn't clean. Racine told me that housekeeping said the room was finished, but obviously not. Since that was the only room with two bedrooms at the hotel, she offered to have us stay in one-bedrooms next to each other, but I was worried about the cleanliness of those, so I declined. I am still trying to get a refund.
Overall being very close to Broadway.
No complaints
Liked everything and my room was home kind of feel.
Dislike that parking was not included with the hotel reservation.
Clean and a good location
The restaurant wasn’t open at 8pm for us to even have a drink
