had an issue with the air and they at first just tried to give me a fan, i demanded a new room because i paid for a working AC and they were nice and got me a new room

Not worth it if you want to get a good night sleep
Pros:

The location

Cons:

I was on the fifth floor and the mechanical room above me was making terrible noises all night long. And it kept me up most of the night. When I told the staff about it, they were just Hoham and said oh yes, that is the mechanical room. I don’t know why they would put anyone in those rooms.

I would not stay here again.

The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The comfort of the beds was not the best. My original room, 206, the air did not work. I asked to move to a different room. I was moved to 202 and that was greatly appreciated. Later that night, around 2am, I needed additionally towels. I called the front desk, no answer. When I went to the desk, no one was available.

Pros:

Being out on the roof, staff was very nice & helpful.

Cons:

The bed was just a full size. It was a pull down from the wall and it wasn't very comfortable. The room looked more like a hospital room. I thought we had the king deluxe but that is not what we got
