Pros:

I didn't try the breakfast, the gym was great, and the room and amenities were very nice, as were the employees

It was an unusual hotel. Very small and hard to find for location
Cons:

No where to purchase coffee or breakfast. Loud train in the middle of the night. Way too long of a code to enter for every single door, even the elevator. Bathroom sink was clogged.

Friendly staff but horrible accommodations.
Pros:

The staff was pleasant and it was interesting having all the accommodations available directly in the facility, such as clothes washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave.

Cons:

The online reviews claimed that there was plenty of available parking which turned out to be very untrue. Often times, there was only a single parking space available and extremely difficult to park on due to other vehicles double parking creating very narrow spaces, difficult for even a compact car to fit. The unit I had, had dog/pet hair embedded into the couch, so much that I had to cover it with a blanket to prevent it from dirtying my clothes when sitting on it. I notified the staff and they assured me that I would not be charged for cleaning pet hair, when I did not bring a pet to create the mess. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, presumably from the previous tenants, and sticky substances on the tv stand, an unknown type of oily stains on the bed frame. The particular unit I had was directly above the closed kitchen/ bar area where the staff played loud country music until I complained about it, and they turned it down only for about 6 hours until shift change, when the following shift turned it directly back up, interrupting my sleep. The entire 4 night stay, I got less than 10 hours of sleep. The bathrooms had open walk-in showers, with very low pressure and limited heat. It was 27°F the first night, so the water turned cold within minutes, certainly not enough time to relax muscles after high energy events. Their kitchen was closed for renovation, leaving only a “convenience shop” located near the lobby with extremely high priced, and very minimal low quality selection of products available to purchase ($4.00+tax for a 16.9oz bottle of locally produced tap water). The vending machine upstairs had a selection of drinkable purified water (1L Smart Water Alkaline for $3.50), but was OUT OF SERVICE, so it became an inaccessible tease. I was not satisfied with the security measured at all.

Extremely unacceptable conditions prevent the desire to return.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and it was located reasonably close to the venue of the tourist attraction.

Cons:

Unsafe for females. They had to enter their room code in front of other guests on the elevator. Those guests could have easily been potentially dangerous to them, had they followed them to their room with the knowledge of their security access code.
