I would stay again, convenient location, had all essential. Nothing too fancy.
Pros:

Convenient walk to The Truth venue.

Cons:

Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. With a concrete building such as this, sound is not insulated well. We could hear the chairs scooting across the floor on the floor above us and all the conversations in the hall as people walked by. It was fine for the convenience, and just put on a sound machine etc. There is a train track beside the property, but fortunately no activity when we were there.

Unfortunately, the hot water was very mild in the shower, no matter the time of day. I believe it was a safety setting, but left me chilled while washing up. In addition, the half glass at the shower entrance left lots of room for water to spill into the floor. Just water falling from your elbow down by gravity would go to the bathroom floor outside the shower base.

C’était ok mais je ne reviendrai pas.

Le personnel était professionnel et arrangeant.

Cons:

L’appartement était sale, ma fille de trois ans marche pieds nus pendant vingt minutes et ces pieds étaient noirs de saleté. J’ai retrouvé des cheveux ( pouls?) dans le lit.
Le mobilier était cassé, une porte de placard m’est tombée sur le pied lorsque j’ai ouvert un tiroir, et le canapé avait des taches blanches douteuses.

La propreté est pour moi le critère numéro un à ne pas négliger mais visiblement ce n’est pas la priorité pour cet hôtel.

Good central location and all the facilities you need for a longer stay
Pros:

Clean, neat comfortable room rooms with all the facilities you need for a long stay.
Good central location.
Good security.
Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, however it is more suited to those with a car than those on foot. There’s not much in the immediate area for food and entertainment and it’s about a half hours walk into the main streets of Nashville.
The parking can be a little tight so if you have a very big vehicle, you may find it difficult.

It was perfect
Pros:

I don’t always give a review. When I do it’s either because I was blown away or I was very disappointed. I can gladly say that this time it’s because I was in shock with how wonderful of an experience we had. We got there hoping for an early check-in and was greeted by a lady named Lala at the front desk who accommodated us. She was just wonderful. I had read a couple of reviews criticizing the staff. There’s no way that they were speaking about Lala. She talked with us about the show we were seeing at the Truth (it’s a short walk to the venue) and actually stepped outside to actually point out the direction we’d go and recommend a couple of great places to eat and have a drink. Harthall has a bar with just beer and wine that we didn’t try, but it looked lovely. Regarding parking. We got there early and there’s roughly ten spots next to the sidewalk (first come/first serve) that are free (public) so I can’t speak to the parking garage which is an extra $20 but it looked fine. Lastly, the room. I don’t understand the negative reviews. For the price we paid, our expectations were pretty low and I was so pleased. Our room had a kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave etc) and was quite spacious. It also had washer and dryer. It had a nice balcony that you could sit and chill on. Was the room perfect? I don’t know. I wasn’t doing a white glove test. But my wife and I travel a lot and we do have standards. For the price we paid ($140 grand total on a weeknight) I was just in disbelief. It’s fine. If you are super picky, then go pay the normal Nashville rate of $250+. This was seriously just fine. It was clean and comfortable. And everyone we passed said hi. I don’t know how else to say it. We would definitely be back.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a good location close to downtown Nashville. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

There isn't free hotel parking which was a bummer. We were able to find fairly close street parking. The rooms were clean but felt a little bit like a warehouse with cement floors/ minimal decoration. The balcony was dirty. You have to put in your room code to use the elevator which was a little weird. A card that you tap would be a lot easier.

Great location and oversized room.
Pros:

5 min walk to The Truth venue. 1 mile from Broadway if you wanted to catch an Uber. Felt very safe, codes to use elevators and main entrance after dark. Having a small kitchen was nice. The fridge was huge

Cons:

The bed was a Murphy bed so the mattress wasnt great. They didn't clean the rooms everyday so we didnt get extra towels or washcloths and our bathroom only came with 1 washcloth. There no phones in the room to call the front desk.

Great location but not the most comfortable
Pros:

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as we visited for one night only to attend a concert that is walking distance from the hotel. Lots of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby!

Cons:

The room itself unfortunately was quite disappointing. It was very much style over substance - things were really cute and looked nice, but the room was uncomfortable. The bed seemed smaller than a queen, had a very hard mattress, and only 3 pillows were provided for two people. Additionally, the thermostat would not allow us to turn the heat higher than 67 degrees which was quite cold for our preference. Little details like this fell short compared to other hotels of this price range.

That was a dirty room for the price with no TV
Pros:

Location close to The Truth, restaurants and bars. Nice shared kitchen with a view. Nice views of the city. Nice to fall asleep to since no TV remote was provided

Cons:

No TV remote upon check in. Asked three times and never got a remote. Hair in shower and bed.

Die Nähe zur City und der Park gegenüber waren sehr von Vorteil

Cons:

Alles, die Kleiderwaschmaschinen waren auf dem gleichen Stock und liefen rind um die Uhr, zudem hatte es komische Geräusche entweder von der Klimaanlage oder den Wasserleitungen, schlafen war mit Airpods unmöglich. Der TV ging nicht, gaben das beanstandet, am nächsten Tag hätte jemand kommen sollen, jedoch ist niemand erschienen. Sehr schmutzig alles, sehr kleines Zimmer mit kleinem Doppelbett. Vom Checkin über die Beanstandung bis zum Auschecken sehr unmotiviertes Personal, für uns nie wieder.

Great place to stay in Nashville.
Pros:

Great room with everything we needed. Really handy to have cooking and clothes washing facilities. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Nashville. The surrounding area was great to walk around in the evenings. Lots of places to eat and drink. It took us about 30 mins to walk to the Downtown area. About 5 mins drive.

Das Zimmer war gross und gut ausgestattet. Es hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf einen grünen Park. Das Restaurant im Hotel bietet eine kleine aber gute Auswahl an Speisen.

Cons:

Es ist schade dass das Hotel kein Frühstück anbietet. Besonders da das Hotel etwas ausserhalb der Stadt liegt und zu Fuss kein Frühstücksrestaurant erreichbar ist.
