Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed reports: several guests praise very clean rooms, while a few mention unclean rooms on arrival. Overall slightly below target due to isolated negative cleanliness comments.
Service
7.5
Generally friendly and helpful staff noted frequently, but multiple serious complaints about rude reception staff and long check-in waits reduce this score.
Location
9
Consistently praised — excellent central location, very close to the Boulevard and many services; repeatedly cited as a primary positive.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms described as good and family-friendly (some with living area and small kitchenette), but issues reported about room types (basement classic vs deluxe) and occasional mismatches with booking photos.
Amenities
8
Good nearby services (market, restaurant, pharmacy), in-room basics (kettle, fridge), valet parking and quiet property are positives; however, no swimming pool was noted as a downside.
Value for Money
7
Some guests feel pricing is high and there are complaints about misleading booking information and perceived unequal treatment of guests, lowering perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast described as very delicious by guests; food impressions are generally positive where mentioned.
Overall Experience
9
Most guests report a pleasant, relaxing stay with friendly staff and great location; several strong positive reviews for family stays and returning guests drive a high overall impression despite noted issues.
