Hide key issues on booking website about rooms and Rude receiption staff

Cons:

Cheaters. Reception staff rude, others staffs were good. On booking website the hotel and booking.com both cheats clients. No where they mention that classic rooms are in basement and deluxe room only on first floor. This fact they tell on check in. I booked two deluxe room and bookings clearly states but hotel pushing that it’s classic room and you can only get basement room. After lot of arguments they gave us first floor rooms.
What is shown in photos for deluxe room is not exactly what it is.
Hotel is only inclined to guests from Saudia.
If you are planning classic and deluxe room, please DONT BOOK.
Double room occupation provide only single dental and other kits.
AVOID THIS HOTEL.

A great location with a comfortable room, but the overall experience was let down by cleanliness issues, slow service, l
Pros:

The location was excellent. It’s very close to the Boulevard, and almost everything you need is within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant overall.

Cons:

Although the room was nice, there were several areas that need improvement. There was a stain on the floor that remained there for two days and was never cleaned. The bathroom also needs attention—the water pressure in the shower was very weak, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower.

The room was clearly intended for a couple, yet only one towel and one pair of slippers were provided. When we called the front desk to request additional items, the service was quite slow, and we had to call again before receiving them.

The breakfast was below average and offered very limited options.

During checkout, we asked if there was a place where we could pray, and we were simply told there wasn’t. As foreign visitors, we would have appreciated a little more assistance or an alternative suggestion to make things easier.

Overall, the hotel has a great location and potential, but it would benefit from more thorough cleaning, better maintenance, quicker service, and greater attention to guests’ needs.
