Well located apartment with good breakfast and nice terrace next to the restaurant.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the location is great. Room was nice with comfortable beds and quite well sound-insulated. Welcome-raki was nice surprise.

Cons:

If you prefer quiet then it would be good to know that there is restaurant terrace almost at the balcony and they had live music on both nights. It didn't bother us much and we had ear-plugs so we were able to sleep well enough.
Also the smell in the room is bit musty (as it was in all our 3 locations where we stayed in Crete, so I guess its just normal).

Adequate Stay
Pros:

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean. Excellent bathrooms.

Cons:

It was very monochrome, everything in grey. For friends sharing a couple had to walk through the others bedroom to get to theirs ! Tiny terrace outside. Very noisy at the back in the middle of the night. No milk for coffee - not even the small longlife noy sachets.

Perfect town location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Excellent location, many good restaurants and cafes nearby.Situated in a quiet courtyard. Comfortable bed, decent sized room, good shower so no problems at all. Communication was good but we didn't meet the hosts. Thanks for the free Raki and biscuits!

Unbeatable breakfast and cozy beds.
Pros:

Perfect location and truly amazing breakfast included at the cafe next door. Very hot water. Surprisingly quiet. Comfortable beds. Very fast and easy communication with the staff. Worked well for my family of four including two teenagers. Very good WiFi.

Cons:

Every hotel in the old quarter seems to be a perfect location, so I am not sure paying a premium for any place is really worth it. The room was described as two beds with a pull out couch, but the staff seemed surprised we planned on having one of the kids sleep on the pull out couch, although they quickly got us linens when we asked. Parking is truly a giant pain, even in the cold rainy season.
