Meh. Ok, but won't stay again
Pros:

great location smack in the city center, minutes to the Palace Square. Top floor (6), but views are blocked by the office building across the street. As expected in such a central location, a very old apartment building with dilapidated staircase and scarily creaking claustrophobic crummy elevator. The flat itself is fairly clean, updated in a gaudy Russian style of the 1990s and shows its age. Communication with the personnel is very poor, patchy, with Soviet condescending intonations, no instructions for check out or taking out the garbage (has to be carried to another entrance with a separate entrance code). The restaurant at the ground floor (Hamlet+Jacks) is a marvel of modern Russian cuisine, their weekday business lunch is an unbeatable value for high-end dining.

Near center of city but will not sleep a family
Pros:

Good location but beds are not provided for even three adults. Getting beds seemed a headache so we slept on the floor. Do not rent if you go with more than 2 hence there was only one pull out sofa and on queen bed. We were even told not to use some of the linens even though we did not have sufficient for kids.

Appartement op een toplocatie!
Pros:

Het appartement was prima gelegen. Binnen 5 minuten lopen kwamen we bij de Hermitage en op 3 minuten lopen waren we in de drukke winkelstraat. Het enige nadeel was dat wij een ander appartement hadden dan die wij hadden geboekt. Hierdoor was het erg onduidelijk waar wij moesten zijn. Het is verstandig om vooraf contact op te nemen met SPB Rentals om duidelijk in kaart te krijgen waar men moet zijn.
Wij zaten op de 7de verdieping en er was een heel klein liftje aanwezig.

Location, Location Location
Pros:

Valeria, an excellent host! residence comfortable, clean. Location could have not been better.
Very happy with the accommodations. The prompt and friendly attention of Valeria was great!.. she extended beyond any expectation. Thank you, so much.
Providing assistance with transportation, touristic tours, meals, an overall satisfaction. I intend to come back, most like will stay in their facilities.

Lieber keinen Service als diesen Service!
Pros:

-Transfer vom Flughafen und zum Flughafen wurde nicht gewährt (Taxikosten 4.000 Rubel)
- Das gebuchte Appartement stand nicht zur Verfügung. Es gab keinen Service bei Ankunft an der gebuchten Unterkunft (Handykosten zur Kontaktaufnahme 28 €).
- Es gab keinen Transfer, der nach Eingreifen des Reisebüro und des Anbieters gestellten Wohnung (Freundliche Hilfe eines Passanten mit Privat-PKW)
- Die nun gestellte Wohnung (Bolshaya Morskaya 33) war nur teilweise renoviert. Die Küche ist abgewohnt und weißt elektrische Gefahrenquellen auf (Steckdose für die Waschmaschine hängt mit freien Kabeln im Bereich der Tür). Diese Wohnung wurde in unserer Abwesenheit mindestens zweimal betreten. In einem Schlafzimmer ein Bett abgebaut und aus dem anderen eine Stehlampe entfernt (Laut Aussage aus Sicherheitsgründen).
- Am Mittwoch, 5.10.2016 um 13.15 Uhr erfolgte der Umzug in eine Wohnung in der Fontanka 50. Diesmal wurde der Transfer per Taxi organisiert. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und scheint neu eingerichtet zu sein. Die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien ist rudimentär. Auf der Toilette richt es nach Fäkalien. Nachts sind die Gäste, des an die Schlafzimmerwand angrenzenden Schischa-Café zu hören.
- Auf Anfrage am Vortag der Abreise nach Transfer zum Flughafen wurden dafür 2000 Rubel gefordert. Wir orgnisierten den Transfer zum Flughafen selbst für 1000 Rubel.
- Keine Reaktion auf Mails und Anrufe vor der Ankunft. Kontakt nur über WhatsApp während des Aufenthalts.

Pros:

très bon appartement pour un séjour prolongé ; emplacement génial pour déplacements à pieds vers les lieux très touristiques (appréciable car on peut se promener très tardivement sans penser aux horaires) ; pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (4ème étage, 80 marches !) et literie à revoir
