Den Erwartungen voll übertroffen, danke!
Pros:

Super Lage, die Dame an der Reception war sehr nett, sehr gutes Nachtessen, freundliches Servicepersonal, schöne und komfortable Zimmer, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reich und sehr schön präsentiert. Super Hotel, wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Cons:

Für uns war alles perfekt, von A bis Z genial.

Der ältere Herr an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich. Was für ein arrogantes Verhalten! Das übrige Personal war insoweit recht freundlich.

Beautiful hotel, slightly overly attentive staff
Pros:

Great sauna, friendly staff, cosy room. Natalia and Ionut in the restaurant were especially lovely waiters.

Cons:

Sometimes staff were so numerous that some didn't have much to do and were hovering about you a bit, looking over your shoulder at the buffet, rearranging the salad constantly, or taking away plates and cups when we hadn't quite finished. I prefer being left alone a little bit more, although they were all very friendly.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. Skibus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Jeden Abend 5 Gänge Menü, Frühstück war auch gut. Auf Wunsch werden auch Eierspeisen zubereitet.
Außerordentlich nette und sehr umsichtige Mitarbeiter. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Matratzen etwas hart auf Nachfrage wurde ein Topper gebracht 😊.

Ich musste mein Auto in der Tiefgarage umparken, da es sich um einen Parkplatz für Elektroautos handelte. Hier würde ich mir mehr Gleichbehandlung wünschen.

Prachtig, luxe hotel in Galtür, op een kwartiertje van Ischgl!
Pros:

Prachtig, rustig hotel met super aardig personeel en fantastische faciliteiten in Galtür op slechts 10km/een kwartiertje per auto of skibus van de drukte van Ischgl. De kamers zijn groot en comfortabel met heerlijke bedden, er is een typisch Oostenrijkse eetstube/bar waar een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet wordt geserveerd en avondeten (zelf geen avondmaaltijd in het hotel gehad) en een mooi binnenzwembad en uitgebreide wellness faciliteiten (2 sauna's en een stoomcabine) - we hebben genoten.
