La situation proche du départ des jeeps qui nous conduisent à la vallée Cocora ou à la visite de la finca El Ocaso

Cons:

La chambre numéro 7 était tellement petite que nous nous sommes cognés à plusieurs reprises dans le coin du lit
Impossible de mettre 2 tables de chevet compliqué d’ouvrir sa valise

Les autres chambres avaient l’air plus grandes

Pros:

La vista, los desayunos muy ricos y el gatico que tienen de mascota. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Podrían mejorar colocar un tapete a la salida de la ducha porque se filtra el agua.

Las instalaciones son cómodas, buenas camas y buen baño. Buena ubicación a 5 cuadras de la plaza principal y muy silencioso.

Cons:

El ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba. Si bien el clima no es caliente en las noches, las habitaciones se calientan bastante durante el día. La rampa para el parqueadero necesita un poco de mantenimiento para evitar que los carros patinen al ingresar

Un buen remanso en la periferia de Salento.
Pros:

El hotel es un lugar agradable con buenas vistas desde las habitaciones y las zonas comunes. El desayuno simepre estuvo muy bien. El personal es muy amable y en especial Mauricio, un chico muy amable y disponible, quien contribuyó a que pasáramos un 24 de diciembre en familia la lado de la chimenea del restaurante. Inclusive, nso prestaron la cocina para preparar una cena improvisada. Esto lo apreciamos muchísimo...

Cons:

Las vías de acceso que llevan hotel se encuentran en avanzado estado de deterioro. Al llover se empeora la situación. A pesar de esto, nuestra estadía no se afectó.

Vielen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme und Unterstützung. Insbesondere auch das Frühstück-to-go am Abreisetag.

Cons:

Dass es erst ab 8 Uhr Frühstück gibt und man Kaffee nicht frisch bestellen konnte, sondern nur ggf. lauwarmen aus der Thermoskanne erhalten konnte. Das geht besser! Habe mich ansonsten sehr wohl gefühlt.
