EL hotel es comodo, practico, con muy buen transporte.
So...I booked this hotel a month before travelling to Moscow to watch a few World Cup games. It showed in Expedia that this hotel was located in Tverkaya which is basically where all the action is!
A day before my trip I check the hotel address so I can print it just in case and to my surprise I notice the address is different from what I initially saw listed on Expedia. I paid about $235 for two night for two adults in a very great street and I thought I grabbed a hell of a deal.
When I noticed the different addresses I contact the hotel and they tell me it’s an error by Expedia. Is it really an error by Expedia or is it the hotels fault? It was totally misleading to show one address when it turns out to be another. To my surprise I could only file a complaint with Expedia by phone. So what I’m suppposed to make an international call?
This hotel instead of being 10-20 mins walk to the Kremlin was now about 40-50mins so I simply decided to book another hotel for double the price.
Now I’m stuck with $235 spent in a hotel that cheated me of my money and Expedia hasn’t done anything to fix this. This hotel is a scam. Expedia...I’m disappointed. I’ve been a Gold Member for many years, look me up and see if you can help me solve this! Thanks.
The info lie about the location, says that have steps of red square and have about 20 kilometers, also the location is very hide inside of a factory atside of a market very far at seems like atside of the atomic central, very dissapointed!!
Came To Russia for the World Cup ... promotions siad this hotel was much closer than it is. Very disappointed. The hotel is virtually new and whilst conditions are very good, it is in the middle of nowhere with very poor signage
Hotel location on Expedia map was incorrect, they show as they where in front of the red square and they are like 40 minutes away.
