O quarto é bem moderno em relação a outros que já fiquei mas não justifica o valor caro da diária porque esse hotel não é grandes coisas

This was a real pleasant surprise!! Extremely comfortable room, sleeping in the bed felt like sleeping in a cloud. Rooms VERY WELL equipped (had a mini kitchen in my studio room). Parking and service were excellent. Very happy overall and I highly recommend!

My family and I were coming down from Connecticut for spring break. The valet, Isaiah, was super helpful annd attentive to our and our kids needs. He asked the right questions at the right time, pushed our 12 bag cart to the 7th floor, unloaded everything, and wished us a blessed night. I’ve got to say, he is one of the most respectful young men I’ve met in a long time. I thank the parents who raised such a great young man.

la ubicacion al main strip y epic universe, muy centrico tambien para los otros parques de universal.

las habitaciones limpias y buen tamano.
Estacionamiento incluido y con suficiente espacios.

Ms. Donna at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, welcoming, and professional while helping me secure another night’s stay during a very stressful moment. Her patience and genuine care really stood out. It’s not often you come across customer service this good she handled everything with such dignity and compassion. Because of her, what started as a stressful situation turned into a very positive experience.

She is truly fantastic at her job, and the hotel is lucky to have her. Thank you again, Ms. Donna!

Exceptional value, unless you're looking for a nice pool. This should be the only place you stay in Orlando. So fresh and so clean!

The location is perfect for whatever you like to go like Disney. Universal and sea world. The studio is perfect for a family stay like a home. Everything is great. The front desk people are so nice. Definitely Donna is a great person. I am very happy for stay in here for 6 days and 5 night. We had a great time. 😊

The Element hotel gets 5 WELLLLLL DESERVED stars. I came Tampa for a post Spring Break trip to attend the first annual Oxtail festival in Orlando. Once we were done with the festival we called to see if we could come check in a lil earlier than 4. Donna told me my room was ready and I could make my way. (5stars). We arrived and were welcomed by Donna and Latara. The warmest welcome (5stars). The outside attendant, Findaley brought up our luggage. Also a greatttttt host (5 stars). The hotel is so conveniently located on I drive and it’s a walk over to Icon park. A walk, not a drive. AMAZING. My 5 yr old loves Icon park so instead of us staying at our timeshare I wanted to try out the Element and I couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back here. 💯way to go Donna, Latara and Findaley, you made us such huge fans of the Element and your customer service skills. BRAVO 👏🏽

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for easy access to everything around Orlando. Donna truly stands out—she’s incredibly helpful, sincere, and took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. I enjoyed my stay just as much as I did the first time and look forward to coming back again next year.
