Valet worker, Tyron Watkins, was amazing. He made parking so much easier and even gave good suggestions for places to eat. This hotel was one of the best I’ve ever been to! I will definitely come back.

I would like to recognize two team members at The Element who made a positive impact during my stay.

Hector went above and beyond by assisting my daughter and me with our luggage and taking the time to provide helpful information about the area. His willingness to offer professional referrals and local insight demonstrated a genuine desire to help guests feel welcomed and informed.

I would also like to recognize Robert for his exceptional service. When I simply requested clean towels, he took the initiative to ensure the entire room was cleaned. His attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort exceeded my expectations and reflected a strong sense of pride in his work.

What stood out most about both Hector and Robert was their willingness to take initiative. Rather than doing the bare minimum, they looked for ways to solve problems and improve the guest experience. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication contributed greatly to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

It was clean and centrally located near everything I planned to do.

Great location for restaurants

The staff was very courteous- in Particular Mr. DIOGO T was very helpful in retrieving my lost IPhone which was left behind in the room.
I would like to appreciate the honesty of clearing staff and Mr. DIOGO ‘s nice attitude & positive approach towards helping customers!!

Once we got to our hotel we were greeted by the lovely presence of the Donna at the front desk! She explained everything me and my girlfriend needed to know about our rooms, free breakfast, the parking, and any room service we would be needing along the way. Seeing Donna and her fellow coworkers at the front desk and valet have continued to greet us with such respect! The hotel was so great with their focus on greener energy uses and materials. Had a really incredible view of the entire Orlando skyline! Will definitely be staying here again!

I have been here twice this year with a stay of over a month. Always a positive atmosphere and the folks at the front like, Donna and Latara are always welcoming. Thank you!

Very convenient to everything on international drive

This is one of the best hotels i’ve been in, everybody here is so nice and friendly. The front desk lady’s are super sweet especially donna the manager, she upgraded my room and it was an easy check in , our room had a beautiful view as well. I highly recommend this hotel who is staying around orlando !

Since we got here and looked around everything was very clean, everyone was very helpful, especially Donna, she helped us out a lot, and was very helpful with amenities and location nearby. For the value of this place, definitely worth it. The building is well taken care of. Room are large and clean and new. The atmosphere is really calm and relaxing. No massive parties.

Donna was so helpful and accommodating. It has made my stay 100% better!

Everything is conveniently located and plenty of activities and dining at walking distance. Donna at the front desk was super nice and accommodating to our family. Everything was smooth at check in and check out. She was able to fulfill requests at all times. Great service overall!
