Super nice Hotel Just Paying for Parking ruined my stay.

Cons:

Paying for parking is unacceptable ! finding out 25 dollars a day extra If would have known I would have booked else where. PLUS 100 dollar hold A;so

The hotel was very nice, staff was friendly, the beds were super comfortable, breakfast was good typical hotel breakfast

Cons:

In my opinion there were some stains on the couch and carpet in room those could use some updating but not a deal breaker.

"TYRONE" YOUR VALET DOORMAN WAS THE "BEST" I COULDN'T GET MY GPS ON MY PHONE TO WORK, SO HE GRABBED A PIECE OF PAPER AND WROTE MY DIRECTIONS OUT AND I MADE IT TO PERRY FLORIDA, AND MY COUSINS HOUSE OUT IN THE STICKS. I DROVE BACK TO STAY ON THE 15TH BUT YOU WERE BOOKED. PLUS I HAD A TIP FOR "TYRONE" BUT HE WASN'T THERE. THE OTHER VALET WAS ALSO SO WELL MANNERED. COMING FROM CALIFORNIA & NEVADA THIS IS A BREATHE OF "FRESH AIR" EXCELLENT JOB TO YOUR HIRING STAFF. OH, AND THE LITTLE GIRL THAT BOOKED ME IN WAS AMAZING ALSO!! 100% AAA+++ EXCELLENT JOB TO MANAGEMENT AAA+++
