Bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport!
Pros:

L'emplacement est beau et les installations très jolies. Le tout est près de l'aéroport donc très pratique pour les arrivées tardives ou les départs tôt en matinée.

Cons:

Aucun membre du personnel ne parle une base d'anglais et/ou français et accueil un peu moyen. Tous les règlements à signer (1 page recto-verso en petits caractères) sont uniquement disponibles en espagnol. Frais "assurances" de 10 000 COP par personne obligatoire et non indiqué nul part.

It was nice. I would recommend.
Pros:

The esthetic of the place. I like that you can message them and they respond pretty fast during the day. The staff are very friendly. I feel like it used to be a home prior.

Cons:

You can’t make any type of noise after 9p, room service stops after 8p, after like 12a they shut off communication with them, I went out to the city and when I was at the gate trying to be let in I messaged them as I was told to be let back in. And they wouldn’t respond. My uber rung the gate doorbell after no response and constant honking. And then they finally let us in.

Cómodo para llegar tarde del aeropuerto
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bueno. Queda a 10 minutos del aeropuerto pero lejos de la ciudad. Lo escogimos por su cercanía al aeropuerto pero no es un lugar para quedarse si quieren disfrutar de Medellín por varios días. Como su nombre lo indica, es un retreat.

Cons:

Estuvimos pocas horas pero no tuvimos ninguna mala experiencia. Nos quedamos en la habitación 7, no en un glamping, que era un poco pequeño pero cumplía las expectativas.

Pros:

Buena atención de los empleados, la comida muy rica pero precios muy inflados para bebidas y demás cosas

Muy costoso para lo que es, no avisan de que tienen leyes de mascotas y cobran la noche por mascota

10 minutes from the airport oasis that will surprise you
Pros:

The architecture, the gardens, the room and the staff are all excellent. This is our favorite hotel close to the airport.

Cons:

Our room did not have hot water, but when I talked to the reception, they said it must’ve been something temporary because the rooms do have hot water, which was very good news
