Super freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, sowohl im Hotel, als auch im Restaurant. Schönes, helles, sauberes Zimmer. Einzelbelegung im DZ. Frühstücksbuffet für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Rollläden waren kaputt, kaputte Toilette, Tiere und Insekten im Zimmer, Staubig und schmutzig, teilweise komische Löcher an den Decken/Wänden, wenn eine Party ist ist es bis tief in die Nacht sehr laut

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, toll für einen Aufenthalt in meiner Lieblingsstadt!
Pros:

Sehr hübsches schönes Hotel, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Ich komme bestimmt wieder

Cons:

Nicht so gut war, dass man schon um ca 7 angefangen hat das gegenüberliegende Zimmer zu renovieren, samt bohren.

I AM Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Kostenlose Tiefgarage ,die Sauberkeit und die aufmerksamkeit der Zimmermädchen waren das einzig positive.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist am heutigen Standart um Meilen vorbei. Keine Kaffeemaschiene,kein Bügelbrett, nichts das Zimmer war leer.
Dazu kommt dass das Hotel höchstgradig unpersönlich ist. Ausser im Restaurant bekommt man niemanden zu Gesicht. Dem Reinigungspersonal kann man nicht mitteilen, dass man nicht gestört werden möchte. Ausschlafen wenns abends mal länger wurde ist faktisch nicht möglich.
