Great hotel ,in an excellent location with wonderful staff .
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was wonderful . It is a lovely hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff and is in a perfect location for city sightseeing . The roof top restaurant and bar area is amazing with lovely views over the city and beyond . We would definitely return .

I had a problem with the taxi service during my stay.

1// The free taxi arranged through Booking.com did not show up when I arrived at 11:00 pm. I have used the free taxi service from Booking.com before without any problems, so this was disappointing.

2//The airport taxi driver did not know the exact location of the hotel, even though it was already midnight.

3//I am 62 years old and suffer from back pain. The taxi driver kindly helped me carry my luggage up the steps to the hotel, which I really appreciated.

4//On my return trip, the hotel receptionist helped me with my luggage. He told me that next time I arrive, I can ask the taxi driver to call the hotel reception, and someone will come to assist me.

5// Therefore, I recommend booking the taxi directly through the hotel (28 euros) instead of taking an airport taxi (19 euros).

Incredible experience in the heart of Valletta
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Embassy Valletta Hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms and facilities were excellent. The location is absolutely ideal. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Lovely location, everything was within walking distance
Pros:

I liked that we had two separate rooms, one bedroom and one seating area. The location of the hotel was also very central, very close to St John’s Co-Cathedral!

Cons:

Although the rooms were spacious, there was not very much natural light coming in. We were on the third floor and facing the courtyard, and the rooms felt very dark.
Better choice of vegan and vegetarian food, both for the breakfast choices and the Room Service options.

Brilliant experience at a highly recommended, lovely hotel
Pros:

Everything was brilliant with our stay. I’d firstly like to acknowledge all the brilliant staff who bent over backwards to accommodate for us. I’d like to specifically mention Eirene who was delightful to deal with.
The room was brilliantly decorated, clean, and spacious. The rooftop had a great atmosphere with lovely views of the city, and great staff.
The hotel also gifted us a handwritten letter and complimentary gifts upon finding out it was our anniversary which was incredibly kind of them.
I would absolutely recommend, and would love to stay there again.

All staff very professional and courteous.
The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the centre of Valletta.
I didn't get chance to use the gym , maybe next time.

Lots of disappointments, made better by a good manager (Alex)
Pros:

*Breakfast was excellent on the rooftop restaurant
*Centre of Valletta.
*The Manager, sorted most of the glitches out.
*Good massages.

Cons:

*When I booked I thought there was on site parking, there wasn't, I had to get as close as I could, (2 streets away) unload my luggage, my pet and my partner, take them to the lobby leaving my car in the street, get a carpark ticket and a map, drive to a carpark 10mins walk away, which was inaccessible as the road was closed when I got there.
*The Hotel is Pet friendly, apart from my superior room that I had booked, they made an exception, charged 35 euros with a promise of a dog bed which didn't arrive.
*We booked a Massage for 2 people, but there was only 1 masseur available at a time, so we had them 2 hours apart.
*Only 1 running machine, and no weight machines in the Gym.
