Great hotel if you want to be in the city centre with all attractions close by but peace and quiet when you want it.
Pros:

Fantastic location and it packs a lot of facilities in a small space. The staff were great especially when we left our phone in the taxi and Alexsander and Femanda were superb in getting it back for us despite the taxi firm saying they couldn’t find it!

zdjęcia nie oddają stanu faktycznego!!! budynek jest stary, ciasny, pokoje są ciemne, zniszczone, niezbyt czyste. hotel „zalany” specyficznymi perfumami, nie do zniesienia. basen mały, 6 leżaków, niedostępny na czas śniadań. niewykwalifikowany personel. niemiła obsługa restauracji. remont, gruz, zacinająca się winda.

Super friendly staff and beautiful facilities
Pros:

Abeer at the front desk reception area made it feel like home. She was so friendly and helped me in every way possible. I can’t wait to stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Aleksandar was also super helpful for booking experiences for me efficiently and without any hesitation. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!

Pros:

Het personeel bij de rooftop bar en met name de dames van de receptie waren exceptioneel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De AC viel continu uit in de kamer. Helaas kon het niet opgelost worden.
