Hotel M29

The staff forbade us from eating doughnuts we hadn't purchased at the hotel. We were very rudely told off. Furthermore, the hotel is very cramped, and odors from the hotel kitchen waft throughout the entire hotel. The housekeeping staff didn't fulfill their duties. The hotel doesn't deserve the high ratings it receives on its website. It's a very average hotel.

Ideal location for us. Check in was quick and easy.
Hotel is very clean and bright.

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the M29. The hotel is well cared for with a reasonably spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially to Aleksandra. My wife and I wanted to take a train to Zakopane to do some
Hiking in the Tatas. Aleksandra went to great lengths to assist us with train schedules, tickets, maps of the area and directions to the trails we wished to walk. She made this journey possible. Without question we would recommend the M29.

brilliant hotel lovely helpful staff great room fab location i would stay again 15-20 min walk to walk to square. Brilliant happy hour and loads of bars and restaurants nearby.

Really great spot right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter. Surrounded my bars and cafes and only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town square

Really nice hotel, room was cozy, there was space and roof window! Service was really good. We also had dinner at hotel restaurant one night and that was good. Breakfast was really good! Next time in Krakow we’ll stay here again.

Superb hotel in the centre of Krakow. Easy walk to town square and attractions in Krakow. Very clean, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious room and clean hallways and lobby. The hotel is in the heart of Kazimierz and close to a tram line so easy to get around.

It was located close to many restaurants and tourist attraaction - without being noisy.

Die Leute an der Rezeption und vom Housekeeping waren äusserst freundlich. Wenn alle so freundlich gewesen wären hätten wir gerne 5 Sterne vergeben. Vielleicht beim nächsten Aufenthalt.

Central location for walking. Lovely garden sitting area. Very welcoming and staff extremely helpful.

The hotel was super clean and I had everything I could have needed. The staff especially Dima and Monika were extremely friendly and accommodating. I appreciate both of you and thank you for making my stay a very nice and comfortable stay. This is a really great hotel in a very nice area and its value is the best.
