Η τοποθεσια.

Cons:

Δεν δουλευει το wifi. Μικρο ασανσερ. Βουλωμενο ντους. Λερωμενοι τοιχοι και πατωμα. Επισης ψαχνοντας για καταλυμα στα φιλτρα εβαλα παρκινγκ και η ρεσεψιον ενημερωσε πως δεν υπηρχε.

Cons:

Be careful with the Unexpected charges at check in, the reception staff said that the room rate was incorrectly advertised by booking.com, and charged me an additional amount. They advised me to contact booking.com for a refund. booking.com is now refusing to refund my money saying that the hotel advised them that the charge was for a requested service, even though I provided the invoice from the hotel showing no additional services was requested. WIFI never worked in the room, the hotel staff were unable to do anything about it.

Geräumiges Zimmer, schönes Bad/ WC.

Cons:

Passables Frühstück, es gab kein Butter und nicht einmal Honig…
Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und der Abfall nicht entsorgt. Sehr schlechte WLAN Verbindung

Cons:

The last of 4 stays over 3 weeks we had a room that the air conditioner didn’t work.
Disappointing that we had to sleep
With the sliding door open to allow air but it was so noisy

Cons:

Δεν έχει ηχομόνωση η μπαλκονόπορτα.
Δεν έχει κουρτίνα σκίασης αλλά μόνο μια απλή κουρτίνα που δεν εμποδίζει το φως.
Το ανεμιστηρακι του μπάνιου έκανε θόρυβο όταν λειτουργούσε ή δεν λειτουργούσε.
Στο μπάνιο είχε μόνο δύο μπουκαλάκια σαμπουάν κ τη δεύτερη μέρα άφησαν μόνο ένα μπουκαλάκι αφρόλουτρο.

We are staying again in 2 weeks so hopefully get the bigger room
Pros:

This is the third stay in a week due to making it our central location. To be fair it is great for us.

Cons:

Every time we have stayed we have had different rooms.
This room we had was very small.

Pros:

So, where do I begin. First off, believe all the reviews about the owner! Don’t make our mistake thinking we’ll just stay out of his way.
My partner and I booked this hotel via Expedia (6 nights end of September 2025). We arrived at 10.30pm to be told by the receptionist that we had to pay 60€, on top of the 30€ local tax (which is the only charge we were expecting to pay on arrival). They claimed Expedia did not charge us enough for the room. We attempted to dispute this, saying that is between you and Expedia, not us, as we had already paid in full to Expedia the quoted room price. The owner (old man) was there yelling at us and the receptionist (in Greek so not known what was being said). We asked what happens if we do not pay, and it was stated forthright, you will not be checked in. It was late, we were tired, so we reluctantly paid, as they were just not budging or being fair to their guests.
Even if you have no direct encounter with the owner, you will hear him in the middle of the night. We were awoken several times during our stay from hearing him down at reception yelling at either guests or staff (I assume) even at 2am in the morning. The TV in the reception is often on at an extremely loud volume. I asked the receptionist if she could turn it down, and she said she was not allowed.
I wish I never booked my stay here!!

No recomiendo el hotel.
Pros:

A mí llegada me comentó el recepcionista que el precio estaba mal y que tenía que pagar diez euros más por noche.
Al igual que a mí se lo dijeron a otros turistas.
Lo pago y le pregunto al recepcionista, que a qué se debe el importe.
Me comenta que es cosa del manager.
Que es una tasa.
Le pido que me diga a qué hace referencia, me comenta q es porq la habitación es superior a la reserva, le comento que no. Que es igual a la reservada.
Me comenta después que es por el desayuno, le digo que no he contratado desayuno.
Entonces me dice que es cosa del manager porq es temporada alta.
Vergonzoso.

Cons:

El cambio de precio , no es recomendable este manager.
Además de a mí , nos subió el precio a otros turistas.
