Хороший отель в центральном районе
Pros:

Хорошее расположение.
Есть удобный минимаркет в холле отеля.
Достойный завтрак.
Вода в бутылках в номере.

Cons:

Окна в номере с видом на канал не открываются полностью, только на проветривания.
Стекла в окнах не полностью прозрачные, а с сеткой.
В номере отсутствовали тапочки. По нашим многочисленным запросам, тапочки так и не принесли.
Хотя последний ремонт был сделан в 2021 году, по ощущениям номер уже нуждался в очередном ремонте.
Ежедневную уборку нужно запрашивать по веб-ссылке а регистрация заезда производится через селф-терминал. Для отеля, за декларированной категории, считаю что это не должна быть забота гостя.

Se torno ad Amsterdam torno qua!
Pros:

Staff incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile, sono venuti incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze!
Appartamento meraviglioso, spazioso anche per noi che eravamo due adulti con due bambini. La vista impagabile!

Cons:

Il soggiorno è stato molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative...se proprio vogliamo dare un consiglio metteremmo una lampada più grande per avere più luce e magari una smart tv così anche gli stranieri potrebbero sfruttarla

Espectacular ubicacion y la vista del apartamento!
Pros:

Ubicación espectacular, cerca de todo a pie, evitarás el uso de transporte. Hermosa vista desde los ventanales al canal Amstel. Muy buenas las instalaciones, climatización y completo equipamiento en el apartamento. Si se viaja con maletas grandes tener en cuenta que se accede por una escalera con pronunciada pendiente, lo cual es habitual en Amsterdam.

Cons:

Podria tener un lavasecarropas pero no es indispensable.

Great location, shame about the cigarette and marijuana smoke in a no smoking hotel.
Pros:

Great location right on a canal.
Fab bar in the main building.
We stayed in a room with a separate street entrance.
Great selection of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Cons:

Our room was at street level with a shared entry with 3 rooms above us.
We faced a side street.
EVERY NIGHT groups of intoxicated and high people gathered outside our room in the side street.
On two mornings we needed to step over vomit to get out of our room.
The Hotel is promoted as Smoke Free (with major fines and promises of removing offenders).
The room was NOT sealed from the street, so our room was regularly full of secondhand cigarette and marijuana smoke.
We also had marijuana smoke coming through the bathroom ventilation system - so obviously people above us were smoking. When we challenged management on this we got no assistance.
