Pros:

Amazing canal views out the window. The apartment was spacious and as advertised. Staff were helpful. Air conditioning made it comfortable in hot weather.

Cons:

Was needing a bit of a makeover and was very dark at night as the lighting we not great.

Great location, in desperate need of refurbishment
Pros:

The location is brilliant and very central.

Cons:

While the price point of the room and the design of the lobby promise a luxury experience, our room was old, had a bad floor plan with a tiny bathroom and showed lots of signs of wear and tear.

I enjoyed my stay at the Leonardo, but hoped the air conditioning issues would be resolved during my stay.
Pros:

The location and the staff were great

Cons:

The air conditioning in my room didn’t cool sufficiently and was never comfortable. My friend also had a room while I was there. His room was quite cooler and comfortable, as was the lobby area. I placed a service request and maintenance believed the unit was working properly. The unit did not seem to work properly to me.

Super Lage, hier würde ich wieder hin
Pros:

Die Lage am Rembrandtplein ist toll! Außerdem direkt am Wasser mit Haltestelle für Hop-on-Hop-off-Boat! Billardtisch und Trinkwasser steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch etwas muffig, aber war sonst vollkommen in Ordnung. Nach einmal durchlüften ok.

+ месторасположение, вода и сладкие комплименты, утюг, приветливый и вежливый персонал.

Cons:

при заселении в номере воняло хлоркой, пришлось открывать окно и дверь и выйти в коридор. Так же в ванной лежало использованное полотенце. Принять ванну не удалось отсутствовала закрывающая пробка. Использовала только душ. Для меня были не удобные подушки. Цена 590 евро за две ночи без завтрака, абсолютно не соответствует, на мой взгляд, этому отелю

Pleasant and Convenient Hotel
Pros:

The room was very cozy and mostly clean.The room included a coffee maker and a water heater, though there was no mini-fridge. We especially appreciated the dark curtains, which helped block out the early morning light — perfect for a good night’s sleep.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options: scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up eggs, bacon, a good selection of cheeses and salami, fresh bread, salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, and of course plenty of coffee and tea.
The hotel offers a convenient self check-in and check-out system, with staff available to help if needed. In the lobby, there’s a small self-service shop with snacks and essential items, which is very handy.

Cons:

The only minor issue was finding a single hair in the bathtub.
