Pros:

La chambre était top, propre, spacieuse. Le lit très confortable et l'emplacement top, tout est à proximité. Petit magasin ouvert H24 dans l'hôtel en cas de besoin donc génial. Nous reviendrons.

Cons:

Si je devais donner 1 petit point négatif. Un frigo dans la chambre serrait top car il y à la place et j'aime boire mon eau froide.

Yeri çok güzel , odalar temiz , biraz aksaklık yaşadık

Tesisin yeri beklentilerimi karşıladı , opera binasına ve dam meydanına yürüyerek çok yakındı

Tesiste başka arkadaşlarımla oda kiralamıştık ,aynı katta kalma talebimizde diğer odayı değiştirdiklerinde otelin en kötü odasını verdiler , zemin katta boruların geçtiği , pencereyi açamadıkları bir oda verdiler , bu konuda nir uyarıda bulunmadılar

Bu değişiklik sonrasında benim odama ben içerideyken , kapıyı açarak bir görevli temizlik için girmek istedi ve inanılmaz korktum . Oda değişikliği nedeni ile sorun olduğunu belirttiler

Bir akşam otelde bulunan markette yaptığımız alışveriş sonrası açacak aradık , bulamayınca resepsiyona sorduk sanki her zaman bilememiz gerekiyormuş gibi barın orada olduğunu ifade ettiler .

O alojamento não corresponde às fotografias. Tivemos que subir 3 andares de escadas muito íngremes com uma mala de 23kg. O apartamento tem alcatifa e está a necessitar de muita manutenção. A alcatifa junto à cozinha estava manchada. Colocámos uma toalha branca de rosto para absorver e apareceu um liquido acastanhado.. Quem faz o check-in no Hotel nem imagina que fica alojado num local completamente diferente. Tenho dúvidas que o hotel cumpra as regras de segurança no local para onde fomos remetidos.

Had a nice stay but not sure if I'd book again. However location was great.
Pros:

12pm check out, soft beds, location, good helpful staff (one manager a bit serious and overpowering with his young female staff), glass of fizz on arrival, arranged taxi for us

Cons:

For the price I paid (over £200 per night) the room was a bit too small and didn't have many amenities. No fridge, no vanity kit, shower was quite weak and was over a bath, could have had more shower toiletries, no milk for tea (often the case in Europe and us English like milk with our tea!). Rooms could do with a bit updating especially the bathrooms, not enough usable surface space in bathroom for two girls! Carpet could do with replacing too.

Lovely hotel in a great location and would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Excellent location, so easy to walk into the Centre.
Super helpful friendly staff.
Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with a lovely view over the canal.

Cons:

Breakfast, though adequate, wasn’t outstanding. Very little Vegan options for my granddaughter. Wasn’t impressed with the cooked breakfast options.
