Molto consigliato, per le famiglie.

Città prima della partenza. Situato vicino ad un supermercato. Ottima esperienza.

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du Ferry(gratuit). La chambre était correcte et confortable. Personnel chaleureux et disponible. Possibilité de louer un vélo sur place.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très très maigre en terme de choix. Qualité des jus de fruit assez décevante, très chimique ++ (pomme, orange et multi-fruits)

Było OK.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest OK, poza centrum, łatwy dojazd na drugą stronę miasta (darmowy prom, albo metro).
Dwa duże sklepy spożywcze obok hotelu.
Pokoje wygłuszone, także było cicho.
Polecam dopłacać do pokoju z „widokiem” pokoje z oknem na drugi budynek hotelowy są trochę klaustrofobiczne.

Cons:

Trochę mało personelu do obsługi śniadania.

Sa situation, le déjeuner, les chambres.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour 3 nuits. Nous sommes arrivés vendredi soir vers 22h et on nous a dit que nos réservations n’avaient pas été transmises par Booking (il paraîtrait que la même problématique soit arrivée partout à Amsterdam le jour-là). L’hôtel était bien sûr complet et nous avons donc été déplacés vers un autre hôtel vers l’aéroport, à 40mn de là.

Arrivés au second hôtel vers 23h30, le réceptionniste celui-ci nous dit ne pas avoir été informé par Holiday Inn Express de notre venue et n’avoir aucun arrangement avec cet hôtel. Finalement nous avons pu avoir des chambres à minuit passé (avec une petite fille de 9 ans) et après avoir payé 756,72 euros (CHF 731.09)

L’hôtel Holiday Inn nous a bien remboursé ce montant mais avec le taux de change et les frais bancaires, je n’ai reçu que CHF 681.20, soit près de CHF 50 en moins! Je souhaiterais savoir si je peux obtenir un geste de votre part pour cette différence ?

Nous avons pu passer nos 2 autres nuits dans le bon hôtel et tout s’est bien passé.
