Cons:

Cons:

Obwohl schon bei der Buchung angemerkt habe, dass als Familie möglichst nebeneinander bleiben wollten, würde uns in zwei Zimmer in zwei verschiedenen Etagen gegeben. Auch nach erste Nacht könnte auch kein Wechsel möglich. War richtig enttäuscht.
Sonst war alles super.

Pros:

Optimale Lage, Zimmer geräumig

Cons:

Kein Kleiderschrank, Zimmerkarte funktioniert immer nur 4 Tage - wenn man länger bleibt, muss man diese an der Rezeption wieder aktivieren lassen. Feueralarm wird des öfteren vom Toaster ausgelöst - ungeschickt, wenn man im 14. Stock wohnt und alle Treppen zu Fuß gehen muss, ohne das man Entwarnung bekommt. Frühstücksraum ab 09:00 Uhr komplett überfüllt - wer gerne in Ruhe frühstücken möchte, muss früh aufstehen.

Pros:

there is a supermarket a minute from the hotel which was very handy and my daughters loved it. The breakfast was much better than I expected with lots of choices. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was very nice. For a budget hotel it was very good and surpassed my expectations.

Cons:

Staff to ask questions to are limited and hard to find at times but helpful when you do, but that is to be expected as its a Holiday inn so budget hotel.
