Very nice spa hotel
Pros:

The rooms are very big and the beds are extremely comfortable. We all slept very well. It was very nice that they provided robes and slippers so we didn't have to bring them.

We could use the spa facilities without extra costs. It has very nice infrared chairs, sauna, and a steam room.

Breakfast was complete with everything thing you want, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, croissants, salad, bread, yogurt, fruit salad, cold cuts, cheese, etc. We also enjoyed dinners there, which were delicious.

It was only a 5-minute drive to the ski slope. They have a very nice ski storage room that was clean and organized.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! Overall we had a very nice stay.

Cons:

One of the reasons I reserved this hotel is because they advertised a photo of the jacuzzi. But unfortunately it is not there anymore, which was very disappointing.

The spa area was open only from 15:30 - 20:00. Would have been nicer if it was opened longer.

The bathroom was extremely small. I could not even close the door if I was standing in front of the sink. They could have used some of the space from the bedroom for the bathroom.

There is no coffee machine in the room. The coffee machine in the restaurant is only open to use during breakfast.

Bereits zum 2. Mal hier auf Urlaub und gerne auch in Zukunft wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück sehr gut. Das Personal im Hotel sowie im angeschlossenem italienischen Restaurant super freundlich. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind dort, es wurden auch extra Wünsche für das Kind gerne ermöglicht. Die Zimmer groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Wellnessbereich groß und ausgesprochen sauber.

Cons:

Etwas problematisch bei geöffneten Fenster in der Nacht ist ein gewisser Lärmpegel von den naheliegenden Bächen und der einsetzende Frühverkehr auf der Straße.

Perfekter Ski-Urlaub dank diesem tollen Hotel!
Pros:

Unser Apartment war sehr groß, sauber und alles drin was man braucht.
Schöner Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Saunen!
Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Egal ob süss oder sauer. Frisches Gebäck und Brot. Pancakes, Waffeln,....
Cafe, Tee, Kakao, verschiedene Säfte.
Abendessen im italienischen Restaurant im Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Personal ist sooo bemüht und das merkt man! Einfach Top.

Cons:

Gibt nix zu bemängeln. Wir waren im Sommer auch schon dort, da war es genau so schön.

Die Freundlichkeit des Hotel Teams gleicht die kleinen Defizite des Hotelgebäudes aus.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, laktosefreier Joghurt auf Nachfrage einen Tag später vorhanden und ohne erneute Nachfrage serviert - Bravo! Superfreundliches Personal

Cons:

Sehr kleine Sauna, Zimmereinrichtung könnte man mit bequemen Sesseln optimieren

Goed hotel en prima restaurant, fijne tussenovernachting.
Pros:

Goede ligging op doorreis naar Kaprun

Cons:

Jammer dat zwembad/sauna al om 20u dicht ging. Helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken.

Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen - das überaus freundliche Personal und die hervorragende Küche - der Spa- Bereich, die Zimmer, das ganze Haus ist angenehm und sauber !
Wir hatten trotz nicht ganz idealem Wetter eine sehr feine Zeit! :)

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Chefin des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch der Chef im Restaurant (Alberto) hat immer einen Witz auf Lager!!! Sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was man gerne hat, auch am Abend gibt es eine große Auswahl an Pizza und Pasta!! Schmeckt alles super lecker und frisch!! Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und sehr bequeme Betten!! Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden!!
