The staff was very friendly! Melanie and her team did an excellent job hosting us. I highly recommend it, as it's close to various restaurants and stores.
Loved loved loved this hotel! One of the best I’ve ever stayed at (and that’s a lot of hotels in the world).
The character of this hotel met and even exceeded my expectations. The staff were very accommodating when our ferry was cancelled due to weather conditions (not to say they could do that every time I’m sure depending on reservations but they acted quickly and communicated every step of the way). Breakfast was fantastic and again - loved the look of the hotel.
We loved that the hotel was a quiet oasis amid a very busy area. We made good use of the pool and communal area and enjoyed the breakfast immensely. Special thanks to Melanie who was very helpful in arranging our transport while on Santorini!

Wonderful staff to help us get the most out of our stay. Junior suite room was fantastic, with two floors and two separate bed/bath combos. Highly recommend! Cozy pool area. Breakfast was brought to our room at exactly the time requested. Can’t say enough nice things!
Me and my wife stayed here and it was perfect. We had our own hot tub and balcony view of the pool area. Room and bathroom size were great and storage area with safe & fridge.
Brekkie was by the poolside each morning and the cheese and bacon omelet was very nice.
We couldn’t fault anything, it was perfect and location wise we were happy we stayed in Fira it had lots of sunset restaurants, easy to use the bus to other parts or rent a quad bike.
We’d happily come back and stay here again, Melanie and staff were amazing. Thanks for a great stay in Santorini

The room and pool area were very nice and the staff was very helpful with transportation and booking dinner reservations.
If you are in Santorini this is a must book if available. Melanie and the rest of the staff are some of the kindest people we met on our trip. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible time possible. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms and shared spaces were clean and well maintained. Hope to go back in the future!
The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage.
The services that I really appreciated:
- unlimited free bottled water (although you're really paying for it in your hotel fee)
- generous breakfast included - you order from a menu (see photo)
- offer to pre-arrange shuttle or private car to/from airport and you pay the hotel the transportation fee directly
- since we had an early flight out, they prepared take out breakfast for us which we appreciated.
The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your expectations are exceeded.

We booked this hotel while in Santorini because our our hotel was undesirable. We were able to grab the last room at Winery Hotel 1870 and right from walking into the Courtyard, it was amazing. Beautiful entry and courtyard with pool and daybeds. We were greeted immediately and assisted with our luggage. Everything from there on was great. Breakfast delivered poolside daily, free water and friendly staff. The location is great. There is no view but it is right in the centre of Fira so easy access to the cliffs and shopping just 30 seconds up the lane. Also there is no need to battle 100 stairs with luggage as the entrance is 30 feet from the main road. ATV rentals, Food and shopping all without n 30 seconds of your door. Highly recommend this hotel!
Very lovely stay, close to everything in Fira, and at the midpoint between Akrotiri and Oia!
Loved staying at the winery hotel! The location was super convenient to seeing all the sights of Fira and the rooms were clean and quiet despite being in the middle of town. I was worried that some of the “cave like” look of the rooms would feel dark and enclosed but it was extremely light filled and lovely!
Amazing hotel, great location, great staff
Wow! This is such a nice property and both Kosta and Melanie were fantastic hosts. We were a large group - 15 of us total. We had rented the King, Queen and Family suites and were traveling with a 1year old.
Property itself - amazing. So nice to have a private courtyard with a pool and comfortable places to enjoy the sun. We didnt really use the hot tubs in the rooms, they were a little too cold for when we would have wanted to use them, though I'm sure other guests will like the option.
Communication with the hotel was made very easy - they are prompt with email responses leading up and use WhatsApp, so it was all very relaxing.
Cannot recommend this hotel enough, such a good time.
This property was phenomenal close to town great people nice rooms and the best breakfast in the island. I would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Santorini.

We had the went stay ever! Melanie went above and beyond. Before arriving, she had messaged and arranged for transportation, reservations and made recommendations. The hotel itself is in the Pefect location and the rooms are phenomenal. Also, the breakfast is AMAZING!! Can’t recommend enough
