Pros:

The room service robot

Cons:

It was a kind of wierd navigation to the front desk from NZICC - not too much signage felt like I was in a bar not a lobby…and I thought the bed was the worst hotel bed ive ever slept in…felt like the inner core of the bed was missing…on both beds in my room…

Affordable quality central city location.
Pros:

Convenient to concert location. Easy valet parking and helpful staff.

Cons:

Roof top bar don’t open until 4pm and we were hoping to enjoy lunch there.

Location friendly hotel
Pros:

- The hotel seems to be well maintained
- The bed and bedding was very comfortable and cozy.
- Layout of the room and outside view was nice.
- Eco friendly/concious approach.
- The location is also pretty central. Almost all places (stores, cafés/restaurants, transport point) were within 10 minutes of walking.
- One can request for house slippers and other essentials
- In Room Dining delivery via Robots!

Cons:

- One of the duvet covers in our twin bed room had a coffee like stain when we entered. I immediately told the front desk about it. The cover was changed thereafter.
- There is no cupboard, so no locker as well.
- The shower cubicle is very odd because it has no door and accessible place to keep the bathing towel.
- The bathing towel rack was way above the commode and was very hard to reach. Also no rack/holder for hand or face towels.
- It was hard to connect to the front desk at times, so had to go down myself for things.
- Any requests/instructions were not properly done and had to be communicated more than once.
