Für eine Nacht perfekt.
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber es war gemütlich und super sauber. Alles gut zu erreichen!!

Cons:

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, with great service and a modern atmosphere, and would gladly return.

The hotel feels modern and fairly new, with beautifully designed interiors that create a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a simple selection, but everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Parking in Auckland can be challenging. The hotel offers valet parking, which is convenient, but it would be helpful if this were more clearly stated in the property description. The signage for the car park entrance could also be more visible, as it’s easy to miss for first-time visitors, and missing the turn can be inconvenient due to traffic.

Great location, right in middle of town. staff amazing!
The Robot delivering food and the milk. Very cool.

Could do with an espresso. Sending down for milk seemed a bit of a hassel when waiting to make cup of tea.

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

City centre. My room view was of the sky tower which was cool. Room was clean and comfortable and a good size. Went for breakfast at a cafe across the road which was really nice. It’s a pretty solid hotel. Convenient, nice decor, comfortable.

Cons:

I got in late from the airport and wanted a wine but only non alcoholic options after 10pm maybe? It was hard to check because the room phone didn’t work (I told them on checkout). But the QR code for the room service menu did not have alcoholic options.

Stuff amazing, Location good, good buffet breakfast, very clean and good room size

Cons:

Couldn't feel aircon room gets hot, room service food not very nice specially when paying alot for a pizza that was very tasteless not fresh at all also cold and hard, more options would be great to choose from.
