Fabulous Customer Service!
Pros:

Not just a wonderful and clean hotel stay experience but the Best customer service ever. My husband has the beginning of dementia and left his phone and small luggage bag in the room. Needing to leave at 3 a.m. for international flights added to the forgetfulness. Sincere hearty thanks to the housekeeper who recovered the items and turned them over to management. Sincere appreciation to Vishal, Sinead, Tonika and anyone else involved with recovery and delivery of his items. We plan to return in January 2028 and hope to personally thank all of you involved with an appropriate reward. Your honesty and efforts mean the world to us. Thanks so very much!
