Pros:

房間很大
景觀很好

Cons:

因為全馬祖最大的旅行社就是龍福，業大相對服務超差：
1.)事前就有傳訊息給飯店，不是沒回覆，就是三天後才回覆，
2.)當天下午1點半抵達，櫃台告知 三點才能入住，下午2點半我看團體都拿鑰匙了，我問櫃台說：為何團體可以拿鑰匙，散客不行?
櫃台說：我只是工讀生，不要為難我，
還問旁邊的員工說：還差20分鐘，要不要給?

3.)員工素質很差，我們在大廳等鑰匙的當下，櫃台人員在教工讀生如何key in資料，講話超級大聲，有人跟他說： 講話為何這麼大聲?
那個人還回說：又沒人......@@
完全無視在大廳椅子上睡覺等待鑰匙的老人家們

遇到服務被差別對待的旅館，整個旅遊品質都毀了

Pros:

We had two room, one 3bed room with view, one 2 bedroom with view, those are the most expensive room type in the hotel, the view is nice.

Cons:

1, both bathroom smart toilet were broken.
2, TV were not connected.
3, air conditioner were not able to adjust.
All facilities are new and looks good however the quality needs to be improved.

Pros:

There is a shuttle bus, driver will connect before we arrive.
Breakfast dishes are not bad.
Receptionist will call to inform that there are blue tears appearing.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved.
Breakfast drinks can be a little stronger.

1.清潔方面可以加強(灰塵的部分)
2.wi-fi可以重新設置之類的(自己房連不到，得連別間的…)
3.熱水器可以看看是不是有什麼問題，水溫忽冷忽熱，易燙傷；蓮蓬頭的水量稍小
