Location was ok. Very loud at night due to the location close to the main road.
The beds and room were old and horrible! Very outdated. I complained and got moved. The staff were not particularly nice. I wanted to move rooms and they told me they were fully booked which was incorrect after looking in Bookings.com. Don’t stay here it’s awful.
The staff was very polite, when outside they would ask if you needed anything.
The hotel is close to the city center/shopping location.
The room was provided with a minifridge, good for buying extra water for later.
Smart TV in the room with Internet connection.
Comfy lounging chairs outside by the pool.
Small meals, such as the sandwiches, were very good.
Poor sound isolation. I could hear the neighbours incredibly well, the bathroom being connected by a vent as well.
The toilet in my room kept making a refilling noise, issue was brought up several times, they sent someone to fix it but it never got fixed. The solution being to press in the flush lightly but that wasn't guaranteed to work in my experience.
The pillows were either soft or hard, usually on the harder side. The beds were okay, nothing special in softness or hardness.
Balcony lights were shut off by staff, meaning if you wanted to sleep early the lights right outside the room would be on until they were turned off. The room does have thick curtains so it is counteractable.
The hotel food is kind of lacking. I tried the pizza, it didn't taste much and cost more than it was worth. Recommend going out to eat or ordering to the hotel.
Rooms: pretty good, clean, tidy and the bathrooms were very generous
Pool: the hotel has a beautiful pool and it's huge.
Breakfast: plenty of variety
Location: excellent, vert central and the tram is out the front door.

Quite “70s” I am afraid. Nothing wrong, but not very lively. Maybe it was because I was off season and doing business in a holiday hotel.
