淡季入住体验不是很好

位置很好，交通便利，房间很大，床很舒服，淡季入住价格很不错

Cons:

虽然以比较低的价格入住了这家4星级酒店，但总体感受并不是很好：1. 不知道是不是由于我的预订价格比较低，房间里的毛巾、浴巾、床单、被罩等都很旧，枕头又小又少，质量也不怎么样，感觉不到4星级酒店应有的档次；2. 卫生也不是很好，住了三天，其中第二天的毛巾还有汗臭味；有一天早晨由于赶时间，在桌子上留了少许饼干渣，回来后未见清理；3. 空调模式一直是cool，不能在房间内自己转换为heat，而三月的马耳他气温也只有12-15度，加上我由于肠胃着凉了，胃疼怕冷，所以只好去前台要求变为加热模式，可是这种加热的模式会在不通知我的情况下切换回制冷模式，所以我每天都要去和前台说，而且还要提防它在我未注意到的时候变回制冷模式。

We booked a double room in this hotel for March 5-7, but upon arrival the staff simply changed the hotel room to the best in this hotel on the 10th floor, the views from the room are amazing, the room itself is spacious, comfortable, and tidy. The staff working there is very kind and caring🌹 Malta has become much more beautiful because of this stay🥰

Ospitalitate de excepție și o atitudine remarcabilă față de clienți!

Am avut un sejur plăcut și am apreciat în mod deosebit amabilitatea personalului. Recepția este, fără îndoială, punctul forte al hotelului – echipa este profesionistă, primitoare și gata să ajute cu orice solicitare. Zona foarte buna, turistica! Bolt si uber ne-a fost de mare ajutor , rapid si economic!

Cons:

Singurul aspect mai puțin plăcut a fost zgomotul cauzat de lucrările exterioare (excavatoare) care începeau la ora 7:00 dimineața. Având camera cu vedere spre acea zonă, odihna ne-a fost puțin afectată. În rest, totul a fost in regula și recomand cu drag acest hotel pentru calitatea serviciilor.
Am primit din partea recepției un voucher pentru disconfortul creat, un gest surprinzător și extrem de elegant care demonstrează cât de mult își prețuiesc oaspeții.
În rest, totul a fost absolut în regulă. Recomand cu încredere pentru calitatea serviciilor și pentru modul exemplar în care gestionează orice situație!

Sobe, svakodnevno čiste i menjaju peškire i posteljinu!
Doručak raznolik i ukusna je hrana.
Autobuska Stanica Roso je u blizini i ima dosta marketa u okolinini.

Cons:

Malo bučnije komšije u sobi pored i gradilište pored hotela. Samo da imaju u ponudi sobne papuče za goste hotela.
