Pros:

We booked this place based on the premise that there was a restaurant and a shop on-site as listed, these are both just nearby in the same village, either way these are both completely closed off-season despite the description. The private beach again is just a public beach that's nearly a whole 10 minute walk from the residence.
The bedding was handed to us in a plastic bag that we had to put on ourselves? There were stains on the blanket and sofa cushionss. No soap, washing up liquid, bin bags and paper thin blankets. We left on the 2nd day as it was a 50-60 euro taxi ride into town with nothing to do around us, huge disappointment. We even met 2 separate couples who shared our grievances. If you book here please DO NOT do it off-season and with no car rental. But luckily the rest of our holiday was saved with a cheap apartment in Olbia.
