Grand Anse Beach Palace

Shopping and transportation are close by.
Regarding cleanliness..the room I got this time is a bit outdated...bathroom tub needs a do over as well as sink condition..not the best..AC is good...beach is a throw-stone away..bed comfortable..but overall..i make myself comfortable..a electric kettle would have been nice for the room...since utensils and coffee are being offered...you just cant make it without hot water...this is my 4th stay here and I'll return...

Receptionist was very helpful. Good view, Plenty of space, Big rooms though, kitchen not in good condition. No breakfast options. Few lights not working. Limited toiletries. Direct beach access also not convenient.

The place was terrible, no kettle in the room , fridge wasn’t working, had to put my stuff in another room. Saw cockroaches in the room, actually I kill one in the room , have plenty sugar ants in the room. I spoke to the lady at front desk about a kettle, she said she would bring one , never came . All there have in the room was a coffee maker. I had to hot water in microwave to get tea . I was in Room 15, I will never ever stay there again. Only nice thing about the property it’s close the beach

Very beautiful and peaceful place but the place need updating all sheets and towels pillow cases all need to be thrown away.. it’s gross and full of stains. Staffs need uniforms you don’t know who works there from strangers. But o love the closeness of the beach and bars .

I enjoyed my stay at this local facility. Great location for Grand Anse beach, Shopping Mall, grocery store, Local Straw market, Restaurants ,bus stop to downtown & anywhere. Family owned so I like this option to support the community! I chose an Apt. with cooking facilities. Bring your own toiletries and you will be fine. A little changeling for walking to bus stop (up hill) but doable! Next to Silversand Resort but their beach sand is awful! Just walk down a little to enjoy Grand Anse Beach at it's best. Great for Solo traveling as they lock up at night!

The hotel is past its prime but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beach outside the door was delightful for a swim

This place would have been nice about 40 years ago. Whilst you are right on the water that means you are getting wet if you want to walk along the beach or you're walking uphill for about 80 metres as your two options of getting out
When we went to check out we couldn't find anyone to check is out or book a taxi for more than an hour
They did do a very good job of our laundry

I loved everything about this stay! I cannot wait to have an opportunity to come back. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked so well. We came for a weekend getaway and this place didn’t disappoint! Walking distance to the beach and lots of food. I truly loved my stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough.

The food if the two restaurants nearby was amazing and the beach was clean.
The room was cozy and well kept.

Nice clean quiet and convenient location. Just need to upgraded beds and equipments

The property is being upgraded and promises better convenience for the slightly handicapped.

Mouse droppings,dead bird behind the bed once no water to shower had to use a bucket bucket house keeping basic every three days

Absolutely beautiful place that gives the true flavor of the island culture. We avoid the commercial hotels whenever possible so that we can truly emerge ourselves in the experience and this hotel is a luxury retreat without commercial property monotony.
