Important information:

Prevention measures and operating procedures for the spa and wellness center:
Working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, and spa facilities can be used in the following time slots:
10:00 – 12:00
12:30 – 14:30
15:00 – 17:00
17:30 – 19:30
20:00 – 22:00 - adults and children aged 12 and over only.
* During the break between appointments, the entire area is ventilated and disinfected in accordance with the recommended measures and methods for preventing the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
The maximum number of spa and wellness center users per time slot is 60.
Due to the changed working hours, guests are recommended to make their appointments in advance.
Other prevention measures relating to the use of facilities and rules of conduct can be found on the spa & wellness center page of hotel website. All the rules are clearly stated in the spa and wellness center, and hotel's staff control their implementation.
* The open pool is open from 15:00 to 22:00.

Provedeno vreme je predstavljalo pravi pakao - dodjes da se odmoris a onda te docekaju sobe u kojima je temperatura 40 stepeni- nista ne menja ni otvoren prozor - ne mozes da spavas - Ako otvoris prozor duva promaja kao najaca kosava kroz sobu - Svi gosti se zale na isti problem ali nema razumenja od menadzmenta koje ne zeli ni da se obrati - Noci kao u Bunilu - budis se umoran neispavan - i pored rezervisana tri dana odlucujemo da drugu noc u ponoc nspustimo hotel i zaputimo se kuci kako bi spavali - Uzaaaa

Pros:

Everything. Very clean, nice staff, warm, good food, great location.

Cons:

The only minus is that the spa becomes very full between 17:00-19:00 even out of the season. The spa is a little bit small for the size of the hotel.

Very nice!
Pros:

Everything was perfect, comparable to Austria and Italy ski resorts.

Cons:

A little bit small spa for the size of the hotel. Becomes very loud and full between 17:00 and 19:00 and you need reservation for it which I do not understand.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. I really liked the woman who does the massage (I forgot her name). She has golden hands))) Everything was wonderful, except for the incident that left me in shock in the dinner

I was shocked by what I saw in the restaurant during dinner. A cockroach was crawling across the table. I was shocked by what I saw, because a hotel of this caliber would have a cockroach and an egg on the serving table. I made a remark to the chef, and he responded by, mind you, crushing the cockroach and the egg with his finger (he was wearing gloves). After that, he didn't change his glove, but wiped it on a napkin!!! and continued cooking and serving food.... Seriously??? If any of the managers are reading this, it was March 17, 2026. What I saw made me lose the desire to eat anything immediately.

This chef was also using his phone, apparently out of camera range, and then, without changing his gloves, he touched the food...
Check the hair dryers in the rooms. Your hair dryer ruined my hair when it got caught in the fan, which was supposed to be covered with a fine mesh. It was painful and unpleasant. I lost some of my hair.

Best Stay ever!!
Pros:

Highly Recommend. Food they served is fresh, delicious snd with wide variety of dishes.
Cozy accomodation with good mountain view. Heated pools and spa as well provided.
