Important information:

Prevention measures and operating procedures for the spa and wellness center:
Working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, and spa facilities can be used in the following time slots:
10:00 – 12:00
12:30 – 14:30
15:00 – 17:00
17:30 – 19:30
20:00 – 22:00 - adults and children aged 12 and over only.
* During the break between appointments, the entire area is ventilated and disinfected in accordance with the recommended measures and methods for preventing the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
The maximum number of spa and wellness center users per time slot is 60.
Due to the changed working hours, guests are recommended to make their appointments in advance.
Other prevention measures relating to the use of facilities and rules of conduct can be found on the spa & wellness center page of hotel website. All the rules are clearly stated in the spa and wellness center, and hotel's staff control their implementation.
* The open pool is open from 15:00 to 22:00.

Osoblje je izvrsno, hrana fenomenalna, sadrzaj hotela i vise nego ocekivano. Terapoiti za masazu odlicni.

Cons:

Koristenje mobilnih telefona u bazenu i spa centru, porazavajuce. Pomocni krevet u sobi koji je predvidjen za spavanje jako neudoban, prosto nemoguce za spavati. Bolje obezbediti bolji dusek na tom krevetu.

L’entrée devant l’hôtel n’était absolument pas nettoyé de la neige !
C’est la honte pour un hôtel de cette catégorie !Dans tous les salons les gens fument !Aucun espace non fumeur dans l’hôtel !C’est honteux !Un hotel comme ça ne devrait pas permettre la cigarette partout !

I think I will no longer stay at Gorski because the price is increasing abnormally from month to month for the same serv
Pros:

Spa and wellness and food.

Cons:

I don’t like the fact that, in addition to the price of 38,000 RSD for one night, the hotel charges 2,200 RSD for parking for one night.
That is tantamount to robbery. Completely inconsiderate toward hotel guests.

Also, the room did not have two bathrobes left for two people, but only one.
The bathrobe itself isn’t the issue, but they definitely don’t pay attention to details.

Lüks, sıcak ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Otelin genel temizliği, özellikle banyo ve tuvaletlerin hijyeni oldukça iyiydi. Lobi ferah ve keyifliydi. Otelin genel olarak sıcak ve konforlu bir atmosfere sahip olması bizi memnun etti. Odanın konforu oldukça iyiydi. Spa alanı ve açık yüzme havuzu keyifliydi. Yemeklerin lezzeti genel olarak iyiydi.

Cons:

Yemek çeşitliliği biraz daha fazla olabilirdi. Sabah kahvaltısında demleme Türk çayı olmaması bir eksiklikti. Spa bölümündeki jakuzi içindeki mozaiklerin temizliği daha iyi olmalı; bazı alanlar kirli ve sararmış görünüyordu. Ayrıca spa alanında bazı yerlerde havuz şeklinde su birikintileri oluşuyordu, bunun olmaması gerekir.

Pros:

The food was very good and very big plus, they offer to make puree for baby. The location and view from room are great. Rooms are also nice and clean.

Cons:

The limitation of spa center. They dont allow kids after 8 o'clock in the evening. We have 8 month old baby and it was perfect to have spa before sleep. But we couldnt due to the rule. If we went during the day, then we cant go out after that because its cold. They should put this info on booking.
