Room smelled bought air freshner , no electric sockets to use next to mirror. Breakfast very basic not continental. Carpets frayed and floor uneven , no room tea making facilities ..

Front of hotel looks impressve but doesnt continue inside. Not a manned hotel. You see yourself to your room. No bottles of water available on arrival or in room. Tea and coffee in the main room down stairs. Breakfast was boxed cereals or a quasant so we went out for breakfast. Hotel is in very poor condition. Carpets are old and dirty every floor board upstairs moves when you walk on them, so very noisy. No curtains at the windows, awake with the sunrise. Furniture very old and dark. Pillows were rock hard. (pleased I took my own) Bathroom door was covered in dirty handprints and the light pully was filthy. We stayed just one night (£137) and I feel sorry for those who booked for longer, expecting accommodation more fitting to its grand name "Lamphey Hall Hotel" website photos were very misleading. Very disappointed. Would not return.

For the price we paid, there was nothing we disliked about this place. The continental breakfast is basic but it was more than enough for what we needed so no complaints at all. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the table and chairs located outside in the large beautiful garden at the front of the building.

Abbiamo prenotato due camere. Una molto ampia senza particolari problematiche. La seconda troppo piccola, con assenza di spazio per camminare e per aprire una valigia, scalini per scendere in camera e per accedere al bagno. Decisamente troppo piccola. Colazione scarsa.

The breakfast was not freshly cooked. It was just a couple of cereal packets fruits, and coffee.

La struttura appare un po’ vetusta con diversi aspetti che potrebbero essere facilmente migliorati pur mantenendo lo stile del palazzo. Prezzo pagato decisamente troppo alto.

Very confusing on arrival.

Very ambiguous instructions for checking in - you MUST have a mobile phone as there are no staff onsite. Security concerns overnight for the same reason. No hot drink facilities in our room, but you can go downstairs for this. Main issue for us was that the bed mattress was too spongy. Everything else we'd have put up with for a three star hotel.

Lorsque je suis arrivé, à 14h30, dans le créneau de réception, il n’y avait personne al’accueuil. Le code de la porte d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas. Une feuille indiquait un téléphone à joindre. Une personne s’est déplacée au bout d’une demi heure. Entre temps, un couple de clients m’a ouvert. La TV ne fonctionnait pas. Ce n’est qu’à 19h00 que le propriétaire s’est déplacé. Il a tenté de réglé le problème de la TV sans succès. Il est reparti sans présenter d’excuses. Il a envoyé un message dans l’heure suivante en s’excusant. Le lendemain matin petit déjeuner très basique, rien de chaud. Grosse déception. Je ne recommande pas.
