Pros:

THE HUGE CAR PARK. THE VIEW OF THE CHURCH. THE ROOM AND THE FACILITIES INSIDE. TEA, COFFEE AND BISCUITS. THE COFFEE LOUNG AND DINING AREA. THE CHOICES FOR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. THE FACT IT WAS CLOSE TO THE CHURCH AND CHURCH HALL.

Cons:

A CONCERN FOR THE FISH IN THE POND AS THE WEATHER WAS SNOWY AND ICY.

Nice quiet hotel. Super comfy beds with luxurious bed linen and towels.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic with toast, cereals and yoghurt. Hot drinks and squash. The breakfast times were between 7.30 and 10.30 which was great as we wanted an early start

Cons:

The shower was temperamental in it's temperature and didn't have high pressure. But the bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and anti slip mats

Beautiful location, quiet, easy to check in

Cons:

It was very cold even with the heating on the rooms were really cold and limited hot water. The rooms also smelled musty like they hadn't been aired out.

Pleasant stay surroundings nice did exactly what we needed.
Pros:

Room was very nice bed was comfortable but a bit creaky (prob needed bolts tightening underneath). Bathroom was wonderful, and TV service was good too. WIFI flawless....

Cons:

Breakfast very basic but adequate. Not full English.

Perfect for a short stay.
Pros:

The female member of staff was excellent!
Very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was continental and just right for the price we paid.
Very comfortable beds and lovely view from our room.

Cons:

The decor was a bit tired.
Could do with updating.

Pros:

Relaxed atmosphere, lounge area was very pleasant to have and had good WiFi signal in the lounge as was advertised in the hotel description. Live TV through Sky in the hotel room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good base location to visit lots of places nearby.

Cons:

The WiFi was a bit limited in the bedroom so couldn’t always stream through the TV (iplayer/netflix etc) but WiFi for the bedrooms wasn't in the description anyway

Wouldn’t stay here again!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the bar looked like it would have been a nice place to chill but it wasn’t open.

Cons:

As soon as we walked in the room it smelt damp. There was mould on the window frames and walls.
The outside area needed work, looked nothing like the photos.

Pros:

It was a lovely continental breakfast, lovely location with lovely outside seating area to sit out in, a train station around the corner which takes you to Tenby. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was very good, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Pros:

There are many castles and beautiful beaches nearby. We arrived after midnight and the reception was closed but the room key was out and everything was fine. The room was a bit cold but the friendly staff gave us a small electric radiator and everything was great.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a wonderful area
Pros:

We spent four nights at the Lamphey Hall and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable and I especially liked the lounge area which had a machine serving coffee, hot chocolate and a large selection of teas and you could help yourself 24 hours a day. The room had Sky TV which would have been a bonus (as the darts world championship was on :)) but there was no remote for it! The hotel is unstaffed so you just come and go using a key code for the front door. There is no catering but the Dial pub just down the road does excellent food and Lamphey Hall has a connection to the Lydstep Tavern, a 10-minute drive away, and offer free starter and desert if you eat there. We were visiting family and will definitely choose Lamphey Hall again for our next stay.

Cons:

Only a small niggle as everything else was great but the shower in room 1 is very weak - barely more than a trickle.

Very bad experience
Pros:

Nothing really as we as there was no reception to check in with despite what this place advertises

Cons:

Reception staff only handwritten contact telephone numbers to ring if you need help when you ring goes to an answer phone leave a message
Very unsatisfactory run establishment not worth the money we paid
We would not stay in this place had to cancel and i reject being told we did not show when we asked for a refund that was a lie how did know all this if we didn't turn up for the booking.
Be very careful when booking this place they are very clever when having to give a refund and the customer service is absolutely rubbish .

Pros:

Heat in room and water perfect. Coffee lounge and provisions. Lovely building interesting. Great parking. Nice communication with clear instructions. Able to move around house to different area. Great location.Nice towels and bedding bed comfy. Good having sky. Neat and tidy house good furniture.

Cons:

I arrived when it was dark and needed more light outside when walking down steps I needed to park at that side due to my mobility front was lit ok. I like to be able to open window but understand with these older buildings they have windows that cant always be open. I could smell tobacco smoke .I think from next room. Different level of floor in bathroom as I have dodgy hip.and scared of tripping. There was a fly 8n my room that was buzzing about and wouldn't go. Shower mat colour a bit off putting . Portrait on stairs creepy.

Pros:

Very helpful. Although we had to skip breakfast our host let us take some snacks with us. Lots of choice on the tv as well.

Cons:

I found the door lock difficult to open. It may have been due to arthritic fingers.
