Doručak
Velika gužva tokom prazničnih dana
Prehladno na bazenima cim se temperatura spusti ispod nule. Dogovoreno da krevet bude bracni, dobili dva odvojena.
Odličan spa centar, vrlo ukusan i raznolik doručak, udobni kreveti i dobra zvučna izolacija sobe.
Večera bi mogla/trebala biti kvalitetnija, ukusnija i toplija. Osim večere, nemam zamerki na ceo kompleks.
Doručak je bio odličan i raznovrstan.Pohvale za soblje nam je izašlo u susret oko rezervacija soba sa porodicom.Takođe osoblje zaduzeno za kofere je bilo ekspeditivno.
Voda je bila hladna u svim bazenima ,naročito spoljni povezani sa unutrašnjoscu,tako da je boravak u istima bio neprijatani bez duzeg zadržavanja.
Trebalo bi razmisliti o tome da postoji neko od osoblja da vozilo odveze u garazu i isto po potrebi doveze,jer je garaza udaljena,a zna biti i loše vrijeme.

Big, very comfortable rooms, good variety of food on breakfast and dinner, amazing terme complex with countless pools and saunas. Overall a great place to relax after a work week, but quite pricy.
The serbian stuff (besides reception desk) is quite unfriendly and borderline rude. Blonde dude in the bar has absolutely zero interest in his job. We were waiting for almost an hour for the some starters and only thing he said is: “I have no idea when it comes, just wait”. I know that it’s not his direct job to serve food, but a simple “Sorry” might’ve helped. With his approach it felt like he was doing us a favour, but we paid for our lunch almost 70 euro.
Also, a young woman at a terme reception desk was so reluctant to speak with us that we had to google what one of the SPA-treatments actually include. She absolutely couldn’t explain anything and seemed unpleasantly surprised that we dare to ask her so many questions about their SPA options. Should I mention the prices for the massage? I think we can expect at least some niceness when we pay almost 80 eur.
I get that these people don’t earn that much, but, you know, being nice to people is actually free. In both cases we were absolutely friendly and polite and never tried spark any conflicts.
