Pros:

This hotel is an absolute gem! I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every second I spent there! The hotel is very comfortable, everything is organised just perfectly, every detail serves for the guests relaxation. The SPA is amazing. The food is great, healthy and tasty. The location is fantastic (the nature around is so beautiful). Every member of the staff is friendly, sweet and very helpful (special thanks to Tatjana). Definitely will come back for the longer stay, this hotel stole my heart!

Overall, the hotel left mixed impressions.
Pros:

I really liked the spa area: beautiful views, great pools, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

However, the service was disappointing. In the spa, wet towels were not replaced with dry ones, which felt very strange for this level of hotel and created discomfort.

The central air conditioning system was not working for 2 days, and the rooms were extremely hot and stuffy it was simply impossible to stay inside comfortably.

I expected more attention to guests and better basic service.

Nije mi se dopalo sto cini mi se svaki udah bi naplatili...garaza je udaljena od hotela a da se parkiras ispred 2000 din sramota,,,pogled iz sobe uzas ..na zid...ali gospodjo vise spratnosti se dodatno naplacuju!Mislim da hotel ima i te kako jalu cenu da bi bilo.sta Jos naplacivali

Красивейшие место. Идеально подходит для отдыха. Чистые, ухоженные бассейны. Сервис высокого уровня. Номер укомплектован полноценно. В работе персонала чувствуется не только выполнение обязанностей, но и личная доброжелательность. ИДЕАЛЬНОЕ МЕСТО ДЛЯ ОТДЫХА.

Pros:

Расположение в горах. Spa-комплекс. Особенно здорово в теплые дни. Мы смогли и позагорать, и поплавать, и сходить в разные сауны.
Хорошие завтраки и ужины. Если не хотите выезжать из отеля, лучше брать завтрак+ужин. Бесплатная парковка для машины в отдельном гараже.

Cons:

Не работала ни вентиляция, ни кондиционер в номере.
Нет развлечений в отеле. Боулинг и биллиард работают только с пятницы по воскресенье. Прокат велосипедов не работал все 4 дня! Ограничения в работе сауны - в будни до 20.00! Бассейн до 21.00! После возвращения с экскурсии, нет опции отдохнуть в сауне.
Ну и зачем делать разницу во времени работы сауны и бассейнов мне не понятно. Разница в час. Сауна до 20.00, бассейн до 21.00 в будни, в выходные +1 час.
Матрасы очень сильно продавлены уже, требуется замена.
Подушки тоже старые и неудобные!

Понравился номер - чистый, просторный, очень удобные кровати, белоснежное белье, бесплатный минибар, есть чайные принадлежности и кофе-машина с капсулами. Сантехника и душ работали прекрасно, ничего не текло. Спа-центр и сауна-центр замечательные ( хоть мы были в начале мая и не все бассейны работали ). Атмосфера релакса и чистота очень порадовала, можно провести там без напряга весь день, перетекая из бассейна в бассейн, из сауны в сауну. Отдельный восторг - кухня. Брали завтрак-ужин. Все было ооочень вкусное и не было блюд "для заполнения пространства"(как частенько в Турции). Очень много мяса разных видов, хорошие фрукты, десерты. Есть и тушёное и жареное ( и мясо и гарнир), супов было 2-3 вида. По нашим русским меркам многое было пересолено, но это в Сербии не баг, а фича)). Рекомендую сначала брать немного и пробовать. На ужин из напитков бесплатно только вода. Пиво(эль) и местное красное вино понравилось). Отель расположен в красивом месте, можно погулять по лесу. Все вокруг очень ухоженное, цветущее, просто сказка. Персонал очень дружелюбный, большое всем спасибо. Вероятно, приедем ещё.

Cons:

Разнообразие водных "аттракционов" могло быть и лучше. Вероятно, многие форсунки работали не в полную силу или их просто меньше, чем желающих посидеть в пузырьках, но часто было не пробиться к местам с бьющими струями, даже в будний день. Хотелось бы больше бьющих струй и искусственных волн.
В ресторане на ужине на столах нет меню с напитками, приходится спрашивать у официанта что есть и по какой цене. Если не силен в английском, то это тот ещё квест - узнать, например, чем друг от друга отличаются 4 предлагаемых вида вина из одного сорта винограда.
