The facility was nice

Cons:

The food didnt cater for Muslims.. The same toaster was used for ham .. There was no control on the kids drinking area, Kids food did cater for muslims the pasta.
The swimming area didn't have staff to support us with towels or anything

Excellent modern family hotel
Pros:

A great, well-designed hotel for the whole family. Plenty of activities for all tastes and ages. Wonderful spa.

It would be nice to have a bike rental service directly at the hotel. Also, good coffee at the bar was missing.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and at times there were quite a few flies.

A fantastic active family holiday at a hotel which exceeded expectations. We will return!
Pros:

The hotel was filled with many activities for kids of all ages (pools, flumes, trampolines, massive playhouse, pump track, football pitch, arcade room, etc.) - and adults too. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful when needed. The room was a great size. Food and drink were excellent. Location is good, but it does require travel to the main local attractions.

Cons:

A little bit of a clearer explanation of how the services such as the kids' club would have been helpful. There were also a lot of flies, but I know this is just the nature of being in the mountains in the summer.

De kinderen wacht er al op on terug te gaan…
Pros:

Wat je verwacht krijg je ook. Kids hebben zich continue vermaakt ook als het even minder weer is. Personeel is zeer attent.

Cons:

Voor kinderen was qua groentes er niet altijd veel keuze en na onze vakantie in Italie was de koffie even wennen…
