Would definitely come back!
Pros:

Great location, right in the center, but still very quiet and relaxing. We really liked the pool and beach area! Breakfast was good with enough vegan options including a separate coffee machine with oat milk! Very comfortable bed in a big room! Shuttle to the parking lot and super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The second day we got to the beach at 4 in the afternoon, there wete no towels left and no staff around.

بدأت التجربة بشكل سلبي منذ لحظة الوصول، حيث كانت موظفة الاستقبال غير مرحبة على الإطلاق، وتعاملها كان جافًا ويفتقر إلى اللباقة المهنية. حتى عند طرح الأسئلة أو طلب المساعدة، كانت طريقة الرد غير مناسبة، مما أعطى انطباعًا وكأن الاستفسار غير مرحب به، وهذا أمر غير مقبول من موظفي الواجهة الأمامية في أي فندق.

أنصح إدارة الفندق بإعادة النظر في مستوى التعامل مع الضيوف، خصوصًا في قسم الاستقبال، إذا كانوا يسعون للارتقاء بخدماتهم إلى مستوى أعلى.

من ناحية التصميم، الفندق جيد ومقبول، لكن للأسف المكيف في الغرفة لم يكن يعمل، وبسبب التجربة غير المريحة مع موظفة الاستقبال، لم أشعر بالراحة لطلب المساعدة. كما أن أكواب القهوة في الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة، وهو أمر أساسي لا يجب التغاضي عنه.
