تعامل موظف الاستقبال كان غير جيد وأرسلت لموقع الإقامة هل هناك عنصرية علشان العرب الفندق قال لا وللأسف مافيه أي تفاعل غير ذلك .. باختصار أول ماجيت بسلم الغرفة طلع يشوفها قال غير نظيفة وطلب دفع مبلغ 30 يورو وفي نفس الوقت معنا 3 أسر أرادت تسليم غرفتها ولم يطلع عليها سألته لماذا قال أنا حر أفعل مأريد فعرفت انها عنصرية فقط لو كان واثق من نفسه كان ذكر اسمه رفض ذكر اسمه لي نهائيا بعدها قلت انا اقمت ليليتن ولم يتم تنظيف غرفتي فبعدها الغاء 30 يورو. تعامل غير لائق ابدا ابدا ابدا .. مواقف بفلوس للأسف وبعيده مشي 7 دقايق اقل شي.

We spent the weekend in Austria and we were absolutely delighted with this accommodation. The hotel was perfect – everything was very clean, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, especially for cycling trips, which we really enjoyed. Our whole stay was wonderful, we felt very comfortable here, and we will definitely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
