大切なものを失った

ディズニーから近い

Cons:

結婚指輪をチェックアウト時に部屋に忘れてしまいました。
すぐに気付き連絡しようとしましたが施設直通の電話番号がなく施設へのメール、booking.com経由の連絡、ヒルトン本体のカスタマーサービス等出来る限りの方法で連絡しましたが、５日たった今も全ての連絡に応答がありません。
指輪があったかどうかの返答もないです。
清掃係が気づいていない筈はないため、ブランドのものですしとられてしまったと考えるほかできない状況です。
ブランドの紛失、盗難データベース管理に登録しているので売れば引っかかると思いますが。
そもそも海外で忘れ物をしたのが悪いですが、日本ではあり得ない対応すぎてすべてが台無しにされた気分です。

We will not stay here again
Pros:

Location was a decent. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet food. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

We had to call for housekeeping services every day we were there. We were forced to valet our car, and we were not allowed to access our vehicle unless valet staff was present. We had a Valet driver drove our vehicle recklessly when pulled it out of the underground parking garage. Pool towels were not stocked. Hotel staff were very inconvenienced when asked for help for services they were suppose to offer.

Enjoyable stay with a short walk to the parks, however inconvenient parking situation.
Pros:

Very close to Disneyland resort, nice and tidy spacious rooms

Cons:

Parking was only valet and cost $35 a day for the first vehicle and $50 for the second

Amazing location and great homebase for a Disney vacation. We would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was perfect to access the Disney parks. It was about a 10-15 minute walk with a toddler. You can hear the highway if you listen for it in the middle of the night, but it was not loud and did not bother us. The room was very big (for 2 adults and a toddler), clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was really helpful and friendly. The grab and go market was nice to have for last-minute food/drink needs and room service food was great. There were enough elevators and they were big enough that it was never an issue to catch one.

Cons:

Our room had a connecting door to another room and our neighbors had a lot of people in the room and were very loud one evening/night, but otherwise it was not an issue. Valet parking seemed quite expensive, but it is probably similar at the other hotels in the area. The room window was partly covered due to the low floor level and overlooked a parking lot. The view was not important to us, but could be a consideration when booking and checking-in to confirm the room type and request a higher floor.
