Pros:

Name says it all. It’s a real hideaway and still close to Santa Catalina. The houses are very clean and modern while the pool and other facilities are all amazing.

Pros:

Zuallererst kann man die wunderschöne Anlage loben ! Diese ist sehr schön gepflegt und sieht phänomenal aus.

Im rückwärtigen Bereich des Hotels befindet sich ein kleiner Sumpf. In diesem leben wohl eine ganze Menge Alligatoren. Wir konnten während des Aufenthaltes 4-5 unterschiedliche Tiere, im und außerhalb des Wassers beobachten. Zudem konnten wir kurz nach einem Regenschauer ein Baby-Alligator auf dem Gelände des Hideaway sehen und beobachten wie dieses mit einer der Katzen interagierte. Zum Glück nur das Baby und nicht die Mutter. Sonst wäre das vermutlich anders für die Katze ausgegangen.

Die Poolanlage des Hotels ist sehr schön und wird auch sehr gut gepflegt. Eine angenehme Temperatur hat der Pool auch noch.

Wir hatten die Junior Suit gebucht. Wurden aber wie wir während des Aufenthaltes gemerkt haben, augenscheinlich upgegradet.
Das Zimmer war super schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Planung der Coiba Tour wurde auch durch das Hotel übernommen, dass war ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis ! Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Preislich auch absolut fair.

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich wenig zu kritisieren.

Kleinigkeiten wären vielleicht das Frühstück, das könnte von der Auswahl etwas mehr sein. Das was angeboten wird, ist aber sehr, sehr lecker.

Bei der Happy Hour sind leider keine Cocktails inkludiert, dass empfanden wir leider als etwas blöd kommuniziert. Kann aber sein das wir das falsch verstanden haben.

Der direkt angrenzende Strand, ist leider nicht so einladend für einen Sprung ins Wasser. War aber kein Problem und kein Kriterium für uns.

Really great place, super recommended!
Pros:

The place was really beautiful and deep in nature. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, overseeing a natural pond with caimans and turtles. The beach looks lovely. There is a nice pool where to relax, as well as a beach volley court, games area, and stargazing net. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have a restaurant in the facility and the food was good. Wifi worked well.

Cons:

Everything was actually really nice! Perhaps a small suggestion for the menu is to include a couple more vegetables-based dishes, but this is very minor. One thing to keep in mind (not a negative, just a fact) is that the place is a 12 min drive from Santa Catalina, so I would definitely recommend having a car.

Quiet location close enough to main town of Santa Catalina, the property exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast selection was excellent especially for the vegetarians. Flexibility in meal times. Chilled vibe around the pool area, plenty of place to tan. Beach on your door step. Transfers into town available.

Casita en el paraíso. Sin duda el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Panamá. La casita es grande, espaciosa, bonita y muy cómoda. La zona de la piscina espectacular. El personal es muy atento, amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudar. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos 100%!

Por decir alguna cosa, la piscina te dejaba un color verde en la piel y en el traje de baño.

A wonderful, relaxing family stay with great ambiance, thoughtful touches, and warm hospitality.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Catalina’s Hideaway. Our beachfront bungalow was very comfortable for the family, with a lovely patio, outdoor shower, and beautiful garden surroundings. The hotel has a wonderful ambiance, a great mix of comfort, beachside charm, cool vibe, and genuinely helpful staff. The restaurant food was very tasty and well prepared, and we also enjoyed activities like yoga. The kids especially loved the marshmallows by the fire after dinner, the game room, and the stargazing area. It was also a pleasure to meet the owner and hear about her project in person.

Cons:

At low tide, the water at the beach was too shallow for swimming.

True hideaway paradise

We had the chance to stay in the new tree house which has a fantastic view to the river and has a wonderful outside shower
The hotel is located right on the beach with a beautiful infinity pool which you would not leave !
The staff was very kind and has helped booking our tour to Coiba! Food and breakfast were excellent. We did not want to leave.

Una experiencia sensacional con muy buena “vibra”.
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en el probablemente mejor lugar de Santa Catalina. Playa prácticamente privada, instalaciones preciosas y con un gusto increíble, mezclando lujo con Naturaleza, integradas en el entorno. Las casitas, perfectas. Y, sin duda lo mejor, las personas que hacen posible que tu estancia sea especial y excepcional. Un diez para ellos. Mención especial a Nico, por su pasión y entusiasmo, por su alegría y su carácter divertido, siempre atento, el alma del hotel. Y mil dieces más a todos los demás, incluido el vigilante nocturno. Gracias por hacernos vivir una experiencia maravillosa.

Nada malo que destacar. Por decir algo, el espacio superior que se ofrece como dormitorio, no lo es; está bien para dormir, pero le falta espacio para dejar el teléfono, la ropa… No obstante, nos lo avisaron previamente y nos ofrecieron alternativas que rechazamos, por lo que nada malo que decir.

Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen
Pros:

Wir wurden freundlich und offen empfangen. Bei einem kleinen Rundgang wurde uns alles gezeigt. Der Strand ist mit einer der schönsten Strände, die wir je gesehen haben. Da es ein Naturschutzgebiet ist, kommt man kilometerweit niemanden entgegen. Hier hatten wir wunderschöne Spaziergänge und den schönsten Sonnenaufgang. Das zwanglose an der Unterkunft hat uns ebenso sehr gefallen. Es herrscht eine lockere, entspannte und Gutelaune Stimmung. Das gesamte Personal, das Essen, die Drinks waren hervorragend!

Cons:

Hier gibt es nichts! Es war perfekt!
