I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper or need a quiet room.
Cons:

We stayed in a suite where the bedroom had a constant noise that never stopped — it sounded like machinery or ventilation running the entire time. Unfortunately, it was loud enough that we couldn’t sleep at all.

Very nice room in an excellent location, with unfortunately inadequate basic necessities and poor management.
Pros:

The location and room itself was great. Exactly as expected based on the booking page/photos.

Cons:

When we got to our room in the middle of December, the heat had been shut off for quite some time. So when we self-checked into the room, the thermostat was reading 9 degrees. Being as it was -20 that evening, it took almost 4 hours for the room to become comfortable without winter jackets on.

There was also a significant issue with the water lines in the room. All of the sinks and shower were sputtering as if the pipes hadn’t been used in some time. And once the water started to flow, it was a dark brown colour. Because of the water discoloration, we had no drinkable water and were unable to shower.

When I reached out to the 24/7 staff about the above issues, all they did was apologize for the inconvenience and say they would put a service order in for the water AFTER we checked out. There was no attempt to resolve the issue for during our stay or an offer to relocate us to a different room.

Pros:

Locality to canmore downtown was amazing, having a living area separate from the bedroom helped us massively to celebrate christmas

I would definitely recommend this place!
Pros:

I absolutely enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi with its stunning view—it was such a highlight of my stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so everything is close by and convenient. A great spot for both relaxation and exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this place!

Cons:

The beddings on the pullout bed from couch were not very clean, which was a bit disappointing!
