Non fuori orario e attenti alla comunicazione
Pros:

Sono ben organizzati per check-in fuori orario. Ti fanno trovare la fattura già pronta insieme alla chiavi.

Cons:

Peccato che se dimentichi di prenotare la colazione, la mattina non trovi nessuno prima delle 8.00 e anche l'eventuale angolo bar/colazione era completamente chiuso. Niente ascensore ma era chiaro in descrizione. Parcheggio disponibile ma nessuna indicazione chiara su dove parcheggiare e su come arrivare in stanza. Stanza carina per una notte ma doccia con tenda e senza piatto doccia. Pochissime prese. Ristorante chiuso nonostante in descrizione risultasse aperto. Consiglio di prenotare altrove!

Schönes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, für meinen Geschmack immer zuviel, aber vielleicht muss die Gastronomie den diversen Geschmäckern gerecht werden; wir sind extrem verwöhnt

Frühstück war Hammer. 😆 Das Hausbäckerei Romer Brot und die gebackenen Gipfeli, frisch gebacken.

Cons:

Die Küche hatte nur bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet, brauchte nach meiner 6h Tatoovierung dringendst was warmes, eine Portion Pommes war gerade noch möglich um 19:55

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The location was perfect for my needs, with free underground parking and a quiet, spotless room — exactly what I was looking for. I got a token for a welcome drink and a warm goodbye from reception when I checked out. The restaurant looked good and I will return to try it out another time.

Cons:

Roadworks in the area meant a small detour, though that was out of the hotel’s control. When I arrived, reception was closed and the lock box numbers were worn, but thankfully a kind restaurant staff member was there to help. The shower temperature could have been more consistent, but overall it was a manageable inconvenience. My room had no view - it looked into bushes so not quite the Emmental scenery I had hoped for but as I was out all day it was absolutely fine. I would happily stay in this hotel again.
