It was perfect. Would visit the place again and recommend it to friends.
Pros:

The room has everything that you could need. It‘s clean, the bed is comfortable, our balcony was looking to the indoor garden, which was amazing cause it was quite and you can enjoy your coffee there. The location is also good, close to buses and the subway.

Cons:

Some glasses were dirty.

Pros:

Once you get inside apartment no wifi password listed anywhere. In order to connect to wifi they tell you to connect to a barcode. LOL, how are you getting to barcode when you have no internet connection. Wow amazingly bad.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, mit einem sehr gemütlichen Bett und einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Bad war sauber und auch sehr geräumig. Standort war auch recht ruhig. Im Gebäude selber keinerlei Ruhestörungen.

Cons:

Die Stühle im Zimmer könnten tatsächlich mal ordentlich gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden, diese sind leider sehr verbraucht. Der Duschschlauch muss unbedingt getauscht werden, der ist fast abgefallen. Kaution ist tatsächlich sehr sehr hoch, dafür dass man an manchen Ecken deutliche Abnutzungsspuren erkennt finde ich die Kaution etwas dreist von Arbio.

Schon in unserer ersten Nacht wurden wir um 23:30 Uhr durch Geräusche vor unserer Zimmertür geweckt. Beim Öffnen der Tür stellten wir fest, dass eine fremde Frau die Schlüsselbox an unserer Tür öffnete.

Es stellte sich heraus, dass unser Zimmer von der Unterkunft doppelt vergeben wurde! Die Frau verfügte über dieselben Zugangsdaten wie wir!

Wären wir nicht zuhause gewesen, hätte eine fremde Person Zugang zu unseren Wertsachen gehabt! Trotz Meldung auch von Booking.com gab es hierzu nie ein Statement oder eine Entschuldigung der Unterkunft.

In unserer letzten Nacht erlebten wir dann eine weitere untragbare Situation. Gegen 19 Uhr bemerkten wir, dass der Aufzug defekt war. Viel schlimmer als der Ausfall selbst war jedoch ein extrem lautes,, mechanisches Klopfgeräusch, das der Aufzug im 5-Sekunden-Takt machte und man im gesamten Gebäude bis in unser Zimmer hörte.

Auch dies meldeten wir mehrmals, auch mit Videobeweis. Trotz der Zusage des Supports wurde die ganze Nacht und bis zu unserem Check-out um 10 Uhr am nächsten Tag gar nichts (!) gemacht, nicht mal unser Vorschlag den Lift einfach auszuschalten wurde beherzigt.

​Das laute Klopfen hielt die gesamte Nacht (!) über an, was eine normale Nachtruhe unmöglich machte. Wir sind mehrmals aufgewacht und konnten bei diesem Lärm nicht mehr einschlafen. Komplette Folter! Unsere Forderung nach einer Rückerstattung wurde von der Unterkunft abgelehnt.

Dass das WC nach dem Spülen ununterbrochen weiterlief (auch das haben wir gemeldet und wurde nicht repariert, sondern von uns gelöst) und wir unser Gepäck vom 4. Stock ohne Lift hinuntertragen mussten, war nur das Sahnehäubchen des Aufenthalts.

Pros:

The apartments are very good equipped and very clean. They have everything you might need for a shorter or even for a longer stay. The neighbourhood is also great, a market is just round the corner, and 2 undergrounds are in walking distance and Meidling railway station too.
