Ruhige Lage; Nähe zu U-Bahn bzw. Staßenbahn; ca. 10 min vom Bahnhof Meidling entfernt; Div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in umittelbarer Umgebung.

Cons:

Der Code für die Haupteingangstüre hat nicht funtioniert. Ich hatte aber Glück da nach dem 5. Fehlversuch ein Gast aus dem Gebäude kam und ich so ins Haus kam. Der Code für den Schlüsseltresor hat dann funktioniert und mit dem Schlüssel war es dann kein Problem mehr. Eine Information wohin man den Müll vor der Abreise bringen sollte wäre hilfreich. Der Müllraum befindet sich neben der Haupteingangstüre und man benötigt den Zimmerschlüssel um rein zu kommen.

お部屋はまるで新築マンションのように清潔で快適でした。特にベッドが気持ち良かったです。タオルやアメニティ全般、キッチンには電子レンジ、お皿やナイフ、フォーク等揃っていました。コーヒーメーカーまであり、朝のエスプレッソをゆっくり頂きました。観光名所まで近いのと、近くにベーカリーやスーパーがありましたのでランチに一旦戻って来て旅費を節約できて有難かったです。またぜひ利用させて頂きたいです。

gute Lage, Zimmer war ausreichend ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Wlan hat während meines gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Auch nach mehrmaligen Kontakt mit dem Ansprechpartner wurde keine Lösung gefunden. Ebenfalls gab ich im Vorhinein an, dass mir die Rechnung zugeschickt werden soll. Diese ist bis jetzt nicht eingelangt und dieses ewige Nachlaufen ist nicht akzeptabel.

Апартаменти в житті кращі, ніж на фото. При одномісному розміщенні в мене було досить велике ліжко і в цілому всі зручності були наявні. Особливо приємно було, що апартаменти дуже чисті, ремонт свіжий і всі меблі нові. Менеджери на звʼязку 24/7, при любих складнощах допоможуть вам. Я дуже задоволена, для Відня рідкість попасти за такі гроші в такі класні апартаменти

Quiet area, excelent stay!
Pros:

My second time here and everything was just as expected. Spotless, quiet, friendly staff. They provide everything you need for short or longer periods. Seven minutes walk to U4 Metro. Very good price.

Excelent stay for short or longer period.
Pros:

Clean, quiet area, close to city center (16min), comfortable bed, spotless bathroom with good shower pressure and hot water instantly.
Friendly staff and very responsive at any hour.
A very, very good price for the conditions they’re providing.
