Great location! So close to Disneyland, enjoyed seeing the fireworks from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Our.room was very comfortable, clean, fresh, large bathroom, huge closet. Great food! Will stay again!
What I liked about the property was they had excellent breakfast and nice view from the rooftop
Solid location. Very nicely designed property. Comfortable and affordable for what you get. No complaints on the hotel itself.
The front desk staff is smug and deceitful. They proactively promote a food and beverage credit on check-in and don’t hold up their offer on check out. They claimed to have not received a destination fee when the proof of that fee was in my booking receipt. They took a knowingly arrogant stance, saying they could credit me the 25$ but they would have to charge me a 25$ fee to do so. The same fee I showed proof of having paid. And irregardless, they claimed I had a credit so to rescind after the fact is a fraudulent bait and switch tactic. It’s a simple scenario where a refund was clearly warranted but they stubbornly refused and played obtuse instead of admitting the false pretenses.
Self-parking is a bit much but not unexpected given the area. Just be aware that you will pay 39$ per night in addition to your booking.
I arrived early and the desk person, Jorge Garcia, was able to help me in with checking in early. He was very understanding and friendly which I was thankful for as I was traveling with family and a 4 year old. They have 2 pools from 9am - 10pm and a room credit which was great for our stay. Valet staff was also helpful
We always enjoy our time at the Viv. The staff are incredible and we were upgraded to a park view room which allowed us to view the fireworks each night.
The beds weren’t as comfortable as our last visit and the ART bus was no longer available.
MUY BUENO Y EXCELENTE SERVICIO
Location is excellent, rooms were clean and modern and staff were very accommodating, especially the person who checked us in, Dylan.
Everything met my expectations.
I loved how comfortable the bed was
That parking is so expensive
Very clean and contemporary, great updates
The hidden fees and very money grabbing
We really enjoyed our stay at the Viv. We were in anaheim for business but took the family to Disneyland for a day while we were in town. In all honesty, we were hardly on property, so my review is for the service we utilized.
The staff at the restaurant downstairs was really accommodating and attentive. We enjoyed our conversation with the bartender and our server. The food was really good, we had the fish tacos, grilled cheese and tomato bisque, and chicken fingers for the young ones. Really delicious and large portions.
The pool was open late, and the lobby was quiet... it is definitely more of an adult atmosphere but great for kids.
The room was nicely appointed and the valet, front desk, and porter service was great. I would stay here again if I need to come back.
Loved the Viv! The garage was nice. The room was amazing! Loved the large bathroom and shower area. Beds were comfy, room was quiet.
The restaurant was terrific -Valencia’s the entire staff from the hostess to the cooks were super friendly and accommodating. The buffet was yummy with whole and cut up fresh fruit, cereal oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, special omelets, bacon, sausage, grilled veggies We came in at the end 10:45am and the staff made everything fresh for us it was so good!
The young bellhop was also a joy!-you could tell he really loved his job.
We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of shade and foliage.
Sadly the front desk night crew wasn’t very welcoming. We got in super late after midnight and it felt a little awkward checking in.
For us it’s really too far away from Disneyland:( but if you’re looking for a space away from the hustle & bustle of Disney - it’s perfect!
el hotel esta muy funcional, para disfrutar mas tiempo las amenidades del hotel
