Pros:

Lugnt läget och vid stranden.
Mycket trevligt, snäll och mycket hjälpsam vaktmästaren som heter Javier. Javiers gästvänlighet gjorde vår vistelsen till en mycket trygg och bra vistelse.
Städerskorna var snälla och trevliga.

Cons:

Receptionisten som hette Karen var väldigt otrevligt och var inte hjälpsam och tillmötesgående, man kände inte sig trygg att prata med henne och be om hjälp.
Vi fick byta rum på grund av el problematik och när vi flyttade till andra rummet då det var stopp i avloppet i duschkabinen och spolen funkade inte riktigt på toaletten och vi kände inte oss bekväma att prata med henne då hon är inte tillmötesgående. Tack vare Javier, han löste problemet provisoriskt.
Alexandra som jobbade i restaurangen och frukosten var inte trevligt och serviceinriktad. Hon behandlar gästerna olika.
Rummet är väldigt litet och finns ingen plats för stora resväskan.
Det finns mycket alger vid stranden och det går inte att bada vid strand hotellet.

Excelente atención y una ubicación maravillosa
Pros:

Desde aue llegamos al hotel , Karen se encargo de hacernos sentir cómodos y con ese calor humano que siempre hace mejor una estadía, todos los trabajadores siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a servir , maravilloso , muy recomendado , y su ubicación con las mejores playas de San Andres

No me gustó el momento de hacer check Outlook, uno quiere quedarse más tiempo.

Es muy difćil ser totalmente objetivo, ya que la ubicación del hotel, directamente en la playa, que es increíble, hace que dejes de lado algunas deficiencias que pudo haber tenido el servicio recibido. Hay que destacar la excelente atención del personal del servicio de playa y del restaurante, siempre pendientes que la estadía sea la mejor. El desayuno servido tan bueno como la atención recibida, lo mismo que la cocina del hotel, los datos no tan favorables, las dimensiones de las habitaciones, y la falta de agua caliente en los baños, cosa que sucedió en toda la estadía. Perso eso no modifica la opinión de que es un lugar excepcional.

Un paraíso, todo bello amables, la morena que cocina la ame, la salida directo al mar todo era una sueño

Las habitaciones pequeñas no es comparable a las fotos tienes que pasar de lado entre la cama y el muro, pero después te acostumbras no tienes donde dejar la ropa, pero al final una pasa mas recorriendo qué en ka habitaciones
